Dec 01-May 01 .. $1800/month (payable at time of reservation).
Down Payments of 50% guarantee the stay & must be received to confirm reservation.
A Cleaning Deposit is also required at beginning of stay for $200.
Weekly Rentals are NOT allowed from December to May, but can occur at other times.
Payments will be refunded partially if notice equal to length of stay is
given or if less than that period of time then if able to rent to another party.
A 25% administration fee will be retained from all refunds.
