A delightful unit located on the second floor in a corner (allowing mountain breezes to waft through) of the Mountain Building of Lift's West Condominium Resort Hotel. The balcony overlooks the pool, the ski slopes and the Red River. We are just a block from the new chair lift and three blocks from the Copper chair lift. Fishing on the Red River is 50 yards out the back door (our personal favorite feature).
Condo Unit #116 has a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace and free wood is available. We have added a folding door to give privacy to the master bedroom or added space to the living area if you choose. Bedroom #2 is private with TV and view of the slopes, forest and river. The master bedroom has a new king bed and bedroom #2 has a queen bed. A Queen pull-out sofa in the living room adds a bit more sleeping area. The full kitchen is completely fitted and dishes/flatware/glasses are furnished. A grocery store is just around the corner. Relax on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and enjoy the sunset.
Free WiFi is available (ask at the desk for codes). An on-site manager is available for assistance and linens and thick-fluffy towels are furnished. The elevator will transport you to your hide-away with ease. Sorry-Lift's West limits the occupants to 4 adults and 2 children total.
While in Red River you can not only spend the day in our magnificent forests hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing and enjoying other sports, you can while away some time in town touring the town's shops and variety of restaurants. You can also check out the festivals and special events that are periodically going on. Festivities like the 4th of July parade, poker in the park, entertainers, Christmas torch ski run, biker rally and other special events will keep everyone entertained--or you can just kick back and relax and do NUTHIN'. Why Red River:
We love the mountains-especially the marvelous fly fishing available in the RR local. We have been coming to RR over the last 12 years and wanted to invest in our favorite area. We come to RR several times a year and stay in unit 116 while we fly fish, relax and just have a great time.
