Are you ready to have one of the best vacations of your life? Well, you have found it at 1703 Island Tower!! This is one of the newest buildings in Gulf Shores and it is conveniently located near everything that is anything. It is the tallest building in west beach and from the 17th floor, you can see it all!!! This is a low density building that has only 3 units per floor. This building has won construction awards and boasts floor to ceiling glass in the living area and bedrooms that give way to BREATHTAKING views of the Gulf of Mexico. Island Tower also has a beautiful infinity pool with ample seating and shade provided. And for those cooler nights, an indoor infinity pool is available. There is a fully equipped, state of the art fitness center surrounded in glass so as not to miss any of the scenery on the beach. After your workout, unwind in the steamy sauna to work out all the kinks. A playground and outdoor grilling area is also provided.
Our home away from home has ceramic tile, 9 foot ceilings, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy our contemporary decor that begs one to have ice cold Pina Coladas and watch the surf pound the snowy white beaches. We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with all major appliances as well as a full stock of spices for those who love to stay in and cook their own succulent dishes. We offer our beach chairs for your use as well as a cooler for your day at the beach. Enjoy 4 flat screen TV's with DVD players, 2 master bedrooms, and a third bedroom as well as three full baths. If guests arrive, don't send them home...invite them to sleep over as the leather sofa converts to a queen sleeper. This unit has everything you will need and more.
The first master bedroom features a king size bed with an inviting master bath with Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower along with floor to ceiling windows and balcony access. The walk in closet provides plenty of room for clothes regardless if you are staying a week, a month or more. The second master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors that lead out to a balcony featuring Gulf and lagoon views. It is professionally decorated and has a style of its own. It also consists of its own private full bath. The third room is perfect for the little ones as it has two twin beds and is across the hall from its own bathroom as well.
Enjoy our 'home of glass' and watch the dolphins play, the windsurfers fly, and the Gulf of Mexico, in all of its glory, dive deep into your heart.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Island Tower! The unit was very comfortable and in a great location. We ate at Bahama Bobs next door a couple of times and it was awesome. The beach was not crowded and we had great weather. Thanks Erin for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This condo was all we had hoped it would be! Modern furnishings, clean, spacious, and right on the beach with an incredible view! It was also nice to be with in walking distance of several places to eat. We loved the burgers at Bahama Bobs! The property owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The condo was exactly as the VRBO site described it and the video was perfect. I had a wonderful stay and loved the incredible views from the floor to ceiling windows. The infinity pool was gorgeous and we really enjoyed it. The one day we had thunderstorms, the indoor pool was great - the view of the ocean from the third floor pool was perfect. The owner was responsive to the one issue we had (minor problem with the ice maker) and went above and beyond to correct it quickly and was very easy to work with during the rental process and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this condo and also encourage you to try the Shrimp Basket restaurant near the purple octopus souvenir shop. Great amenities - movies, games, TV with DVD player in each bedroom and living room, two decks, cooler, beach chairs, floats etc. This condo has it all.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time at the Island Tower condo in Gulf Shores. It is a beautiful condo with everything you need to have a relaxing and family friendly vacation. The gulf views are spectacular with floor to ceiling windows in the living/dining area and master bedroom. First condo we've stayed in that also had a balcony for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and with views of the gulf and lagoon. The master bath includes both a shower and large jetted tub with sprayer. The young girls loved taking bubble baths in the tub each night and it made it so much easier to get all the sand off and wash their hair. The condo is walking distance from the The Hangout, Bahama Bobs and multiple souvenir shops and convenience stores. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler with wheels and beach toys were all included. Erin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and provided great information about the condo. Extremely easy checkin/checkout process. We will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The listing was perfect as to location, photos and amenities. That's the main reason we chose this condo because the photos showed everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family of 7. What we liked most was the beautiful open kitchen and view from every room. It was so inviting and comfortable. The condo and the entire building were very clean and we felt at home. The owner was so accommodating and helpful and very accessible to answer any questions we had. Have already recommended it the property. The activities we enjoyed were dolphin boat tour, Fort Morgan, USS Alabama, miniture golfing; golfing at Peninsula state park; all the restaurants were great but these are a few of our favorites; Harbour Grill, Cobalt, Tacky Jacks and for lots of fun Lulu's. Most of all we enjoyed the beautiful white sand beaches. Best we've ever experienced. Our family made a lot of memories in Gulf Shores and our children hired a professional photographer to do a photo shoot on the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We rented this condo with my sister and her husband and our assorted children. This unit has two master suites with balconies- one beachfront and one beach side. It was perfect! The kids had their own room and bathroom too. This unit is decorated so beautifully and there's an indoor AND outdoor pool which the kids loved. The owners were great and very helpful. We would definitely rent here again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We loved this beautiful condo! There were 2 couples and 2 small children in our group. It was perfect. It was spacious and had added touches we were not even expecting. The kitchen included plenty of nice quality cooking necessities. The kids loved the video library and playstation with games. The adults enjoyed have balconies from both bedrooms with wonderful views and the nice workout facility. We all enjoyed the indoor pool on the 1 day it rained during our stay. The master suite is very spacious. The condo is decorated throughout in high quality furniture and decor. The location is great!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.
