Nice condo. Spacious. Clean and updated. Owner easy to deal with eventhough we've from Australia. All as expected. The condo accommodated us fine. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. Will sleep 5 comfortably. The kids slept in the loft. Kitchen has all the amenities and we made use of the slow cooker one night. Came home from a day of skiing to nice smelling hot pot cooking in the slow cooker. Major plus is condo location. Out the back and the bus stop is there to PCMR (one stop - almost felt guilty taking the bus one stop) . Out the front onto Park Ave and bus stops available both directions (to Deer Valley/Main Street and to Canyons). Definitely do not need a car. Supermarket is a short walk away. Balcony overlooks parts of PCMR. Close enough to see the Pay Day run at PCMR at night. Will definitely book again if returning to Park City. It is a walkup condo and its on the top floor. Wasn't a problem for us but it is 3 flights of stairs.

We just finished our stay with a group of 5 friends for 4 days and this condo was great. Very clean and plenty of space for all in our group. We were able to walk to PC resort and the proximity to the shops and downtown is fantastic. Every day after hitting the slopes we were able to relax at the hot tub. This had everything we were looking for. The owner is also great to work with. They even had extra firewood brought up during our stay there. Highly recommended.

WOW - great renovation! Stayed in this condo 11 years ago and can't believe the change. Warm, cozy, comforting, a true home away from home. A pleasure to come home to after a day on the slopes. The condo is clean, crisp, treated with care and has a great view of the slopes from the balcony. It's a very convenient place to stay - not only to the slopes but shopping and transportation. The owner was a joy to work with. This is a great deal for families and friends.

We had a wonderful time in Park City, the accomodations were great, close to PC Mountain lifts and easy access to bus to go downtown. I will stay here again, just an overall great experience- the owners are a pleasure too.

My 2 sons and I stayed at Park city over Christmas, 2006. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo was much nicer than I expected. It was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was nice to be able to look out the living room window each morning and see the ski runs. The loft was much larger than I had expected. The whole experience was a very positive one. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great spot to stay if you are skiing in Park City. It's close to the slopes and the free buses. 3 kids and 2 adults had plenty of room. And the hot tub was great after skiing all day.

Great location and great condo, wonderful view of the slopes and a very short walk to everything. The condo was perfect - the kids had the loft we had the bedroom, plenty of space and only across the parking lot to the slopes. Owner made the whole process a breeze and we look forward to returning again next year.
