Rocky Kimball & Mary Lou Skinner, Owners. This property has dual usage can be used as both a residential & commercially property so initially we used it as our office for our consulting business. After several years, we sold the business and decided to renovate this classic Crested Butte 1800s cottage-style home. This is a high-end renovation, completed in the fall of 2009. It includes custom lighting, hardwood floors, beautiful kitchen, stainless steel appliances and a brick-paved patio fenced on three sides with mature Aspen. It still retains its timeless 1800s cottage feel, yet when you walk in, the home has all the modern conveniences of the 21st century!
