  Our stay at Island Time was wonderful. We had a late celebration for both Mother's Day and a Birthday and really enjoyed it being at the beach. The house is adorable, view is amazing, and there are many great places to eat nearby. The entire weekend was peaceful and serene; it was a wonderful setting for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston. Can't wait to return, we are already trying to plan another amazing trip. Thank you.

  This was a wonderful getway for us that live in Houston. The weather was beautiful and the home was very clean. It was an amazing stay and we highly recommend it for anyone that wants to spend some time relaxing!

  As always it was the perfect beach vacation, the weather,the breezes,the Gulf, everything was perfect! We also had the pleasure with our 11year old grandson to visit Moody Garden's again, This visit the rain forrest was open,what an expierence,the scents, sounds, foilage,it was as if we were in another world.It was beautiful.We cannot forget the VietNam Memorial when we are there, we always pay our respects.We can not Thank You enough.You gave our grandson another great vacation before school's stars.Thank you.Please pass this on to our dear friends,Michael and MeLinda Wilhelm, if not for them this would not have happend.They are most gracious.

  We had the best time at "Island Time!" The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless, and with two young children, the proximity to the beach was so convenient! We especially appreciated that the beach was not too crowded and that Surfside Beach isn't overbuilt and too "touristy." It felt like a real, relaxing get-away. We will be back, and hope to encourage friends to rent one of the attached townhomes! Thank you!

  We rented "Island Time" for a month (10-23-2010 through 11-23-2010). Our family of three adults really enjoied the stay a lot. The location just can not be better. We loved to be out on those balconies right on the gulf of Mexico. The place has four balconies and very open and airy town home with beautiful decorations. The place is little older but it has it's own charm. We enjoied the beach walks and the constant breeze of the ocean air through out the town home is still alive in our memories. My most favourite time was the early morning time on the balcony of the master bed room with coffee and watching the beautiful sunrise. I never missed the colorful sunrise. Over all, Except for some rainy days and cold temperatures, we had great time at "Island Time". We would love to come back again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  This was a great condo, just what we were looking for, quiet, relaxing, right on the beach with a GREAT view of the waves rolling in. The owners, were very thorough in providing keys, information on the area, resturants, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and more than we expected. Also, there is a walkway from the condo's right to the beach. Since we were looking to just kick back and relax the chairs and tables on the balconies were a special touch. We spent most of our time kicking back from one of the balconies looking out at the Gulf. This was our first time to Surfside Beach and you can bet we will be going back time after time and staying at "Island Time". Awesome View is an understatement, it's much more than awesome! Loved it!

  The end of a wonderful week at "Island Time" came too quickly! The accommodations met our expectations, nicely decorated and the kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING for 6! I brought kitchen items but only used my casserole dish... all other items stayed in the tote. All of the appliances are new and I will never rent another place that doesn't have a washer and dryer; a wonderful addition!!! Pack your bags and set out for the beach; it's only 35 steps from the breeze-way to the dune walk-over. The walk-over is 36 steps and an additional 100 steps to the water's edge!!! Sunrises from the master bedroom and sunsets from the dining room each with it's individual, unique beauty that only one's eye may experience. Plans for a future visit...of course!

  Soooooooooooooo much fun and the weather was perfect! We relaxed more than I can ever remember. Clean inside and out compared to the other TH's. Did not want for anything but for more time to come visit again.

  We just stayed at "Island Time" for the second time in two months and the transformation was incredible. We initially rented right after the new owners purchased the townhome. We took the place because it was Spring Break, there was nothing beachfront left in Surfside and we got a discount because the house was "as is". Every wall was literally a different putrid horrible color, the furniture was dumpy, beds were lumpy on platforms and the outside was painted a horrible "Pepto-Bismol "pink. We loved the beach and came back for another weekend and couldn't believe the change. The whole place had been tastefully painted inside and out. The new beds were very comfortable and the furniture, decor, flooring and all appliances had been replaced. An additional plus was there was a new stackable washer and dryer. We love staying at "Island Time". The location is perfect and we plan on coming back to stay this Summer. Thanks for working with us!
