  we arrived very late and the keys were sent ahead of time so we had no problems getting in. the cond. was clean and very comfortable. everything you could use from sheets, towels, condiments and kitchen equipment was supplied. the pool was beyond words. huge and sparkling clean. people were very friendly and the men and womens room by the pool even had their own sauna. a few steps from the pool put you on the dock and a few more steps brings yoy to a sunset point on the private beach overlooking the gulf. conveniant store across the street. we will make it a point of rerenting anytime we are in the area. thank you for having such a fun place

  Thank you, clean, comfy, very well stocked with all you may need. Loved the pool and the sunsets, close to many restaurants, hardware store accross the street. Condo Building over all very well maintained and everyone was friendly. Hope to return soon.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  As promised, condo was clean and well stocked. Great location to explore the keys. Pool is chilled in summer - a wonderful asset.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was everything we had hoped for and much more than we expected. The place is very home like and CLEAN!!! Close to all attractions and many restaurants. The winter was a little chilly but we stil enjoyed our time immensely! Would stay again in a heart beat! Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your condo. BJS

  The condo was beautiful and has everything you might need. Besides visiting places in the Keys we swam in the condo pool everyday and had a great time. I would definitely come back here again.

  Carl just wanted to let you know we had a great time at your condo very clean more than we expected everything we needed was there felt very comfortable like we were home but in PARADISE poolside,docks,weather awesome location we will look you up again & hope it will be available.   My husband and I, and our 13 month old daughter stayed in this condo, just got back 2 days ago. We felt right at home, and it was so pefect for us. Very well worth the money. I will be back next year for sure!!!

  The condo lived up to expectations, and then some. It was the first time I'd vacationed in the Keys, and I will certainly make this my first choice if I'm able to get back there someday. Complex was quiet and secure during early January. Close to Mangrove Mike's (great breakfast) and Lazy Days (great lunch or dinner -- just eat on the balcony!). You won't find a better value anywhere in the Keys.

  Had a great time staying at Carl's place. The condo was better than he described and everything except a toothbrush was there. The resort was beautiful with pools, pool tables, games, ping pong, etc. The resort was very secure with plentiful parking. I look forward to staying there again.
