  Our family of Great Grandma, Grandma and Grandpa, two sons, one wife and two children spent Christmas here. We had plenty of space in the house and everyone slept comfortably. The owners had decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed and appreciated. Also the seaside decor was interesting and appropriate. The propery was clean and in pretty good shape. A bit "lived" in, but very comfortable and homey. We had pleny of dishes/utensils and pots and pans. We could have used some sharper knives and the dishwasher needs a bit more securing but everything worked just fine. Since we were there in the winter, there was not much going on, but we had easy beach access and were out there daily gathering shells. The kids enjoyed flying kites and playing in the sand. Our vacation was perfect and this house enabled all of us to be together in comfort.

  We spent Christmas week here with extended family and found everything pretty much as described. The house is an easy walk to the beach where even in winter we enjoyed walking, kiting and shelling. We even saw a pod of dolphins one morning. Beautiful sunsets and moonrises. The location is an easy drive to the Publix supermarket and a local circle K. We cooked several meals including Christmas dinner and there were sufficient pots and dishes. We didn't use the deck or downstairs rec area as it was too chilly, but with better weather, I'm sure it would have been great to grill. The owner decorated for Christmas with was quite lovely and we all enjoyed. The property was clean and in pretty good shape. We would return should we want to spend another week at Pensacola Beach.

  Robin, I had a great time at your home. It was spacious enough for my whole family. We loved the private pool and the deck. The deck really allowed for the dogs and the little ones to be contained in one area while we kept and eye on them. The views were great and just like you described them. The distance from the beach was also great and just like you described as well. My only suggestions: make sure to show a picture of the stairs in your listing. This was quite a challenge for the little ones instead of having a normal carpeted, straight stair case. The bottom tray in the dish washer comes out if you are not careful when pulling it out to unload the dishes. The middle shelf to the fridge came down but was easily put back up and the shelves in the pantry seemed a bit week. My only complaint was the bedroom immediately from the stairs that is over the kitchen. With the wall not going all the way up to the ceiling, it was impossible to rest with the early risers and also rest in the afternoon with the noise from downstairs. Other than that, thank you for such a great stay and location. We will be back. Angie Keller-Thompson

  My family of 8 stayed here for the first time and this vacation home is extremely well maintained. The home is exactly as pictured. The pool is wonderful sitting on 1 side of the house. Along with a pool, is a very nice deck & plenty of beach chairs available & grill next to the pool. You have a choice of the lower deck next to the pool or the 2nd level deck overlooking the bay. Inside the home is decorated beautifully with beach decor. The beds are comfortable & both bathrooms are clean & have plenty of towels not to mention they even had a blow dryer available if you forget yours! If it rains, you have the game room that features a pool table & flat screen tv & a few shops right down the street. The beach is across the street but you have an access road directly to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped if you plan to do a lot of cooking & all of the appliances work fine. I highly recommend this home to future vacationers!

  The house was perfect for our extended family. Two families, including 7 children, and grandparents were very comfortable in this great beach house. The children loved sleeping together in one of the loft bedrooms. Everything we needed to prepare meals was available in the kitchen. There was a short but easy walk to the beach. The pool was great to have. Our children used it everyday. We could watch them while grilling. We utilized the upper deck in the morning for breakfast and had a beautiful view of the sound. We watched the pelicans land and the fish jump! I would recommend this house to anyone and will hopefully stay here again.

  We stayed here with our 19month old, friends and their 3 year old and their parents. The house was beautiful, located well to access the sound and the beach with young children. The girls loved the pool area, which was large and set up in a way to encourage staying poolside. We thouroughly enjoyed our week here. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

  We rented this home as a place to stay for a graduation in the area, and had a wonderful time. We were able to enjoy the beach each day, as well as the pool and the air conditioning. The house layout fit our large family very well. The large decks made meals outdoors a "breeze", and the pool table provided some entertainment. The children enjoyed the bunk beds, and the adults also enjoyed their accommodations.

  My family had an absolutely wonderful stay. Close to the beach and sound. The pool was a plus with small children who would swim and play while we were grilling supper. We hunted shells, went shark fishing, took long walks and visited with family and friends who live in Milton. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your beach house. We hope to be returning sometime in the future.
