I loved my vacation in this house the central air was freezing us out the dock my kids loved I will be back next year thank you for a great vacationRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I was not happy with the rental. Was not able to get into house until 7:30 to 8 p.m. No instructions on the house or the garbage collection days. Only a whole house fan that didn't cool the house very much. We ended up purchasiing 3 floor fans. There was no functioning ice maker and dishwasher. No stereo system on a charcoal grill and stated there was an electric or gas grill. Lights in LR, and all bedrooms were not connected to the light switch and the upstairs lights were burned out an no way to replace the lights (high ceiling and recessed). One bedroom had no light or lamp at all. Did enjoy being on the bay and canal. For the price I would not recommend to anyone else.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
