Our family rented this home over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were not disappointed. The home was exactly as presented, the photos a very accurate representation of the actual space. There were nine of us in total, including two small children, and the house had everything we needed! The kitchen was well appointed, and the home was very comfortable. Everyone was able to have their own room, and the basement provided a respite for fun and relaxation. The video games and air hockey were a big hit, as well as the fire pit in the backyard. It was a nice and quiet area, and it was nice to get away (with limited cell service even!). Eureka Springs wasn't far, as well as several natural forests and parks nearby. The house and area have something for everyone - the guys went four-wheeling in a park nearby, and the gals went shopping in Eureka Springs. The owners were great to work with, and answered all of our questions. We had no issues with the home, and would rent again - maybe when it is warmer next time! Follow the owner's driving instructions provided at the time of rental, as the GPS does not do a great job of getting you there.

We have booked many stays in the US and overseas through VRBO. The owners description of this property is accurate, and if anything understated. You will not be disappointed. Our extended family (six adults, two children, and two infants) spent a wonderful nine days at this home. The large waterfront lot sets this property apart as shoreline development is severely restricted at this Corps of Engineers lake. We were content spending many days entirely at the property swimming, enjoying the large decks and views, and of course trying out the games downstairs. We enjoyed side trips to Eureka Springs and to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville. Fly fishing for trout in the Roaring River is just 10 minutes away. We could not believe the quality and scale of the exhibits at the Golden Museum (free admission) just a mile from the house - well worth the visit. At the end of the days spent away from the house it was great to return to the comfort and amenities of such a well appointed home. The owners were a pleasure to deal with.

What a great place to stay. A family get together with nine of us and we all had plenty of room. House was very comfortable. Kitchen worked well for us plenty of room for everybody to do what they needed to do. The back deck was where we spent a lot of time. Great view and plenty of wildlife to see. My niece spotted the red fox first. The downstairs game room was also a hit. The place overall was enjoyed by all.

We loved this house. It worked perfectly for our lake vacation. The main level was great, the kitchen was large and beautiful, all the bedrooms were comfortable and cool (it was about 104 every day) and the basement was awesome for the kids. In addition, this house has great lake access. So many other homes we saw as we were enjoying the lake did not have the easy lake access we did. We rented a pontoon boat from King's RIver Marina (very close) and they were helpful and friendly. The firepit was a great place for smores and camp songs. It was a great trip and the house was a big part of it!

Troy and Terri's home is amazing; they have really done a great job on the interior of this place. The location is also perfect; having both cliffs and walk in access to the water was great for the kids and adults. The game room was on the top of everyone’s list of greatest part of the house as well as the amazing kitchen. Troy and Terri were very hospitable and accommodating to us during our stay. I would recommend there house to anyone wanting a peaceful family getaway. We had 10 of us and we never felt crowded. I hope to make this a return visit. Our only negative comment is there is no boat slip, but this is a common theme on the lake as the Army Corp of Engineers limits who and how many slips are on the lake. But the mooring buoys supplied were adequate for our boat. The Thiemans

Took the whole family with grandkids, total of 9 people. Rented a boat for the week and was able to enjoy the quiet Kings River Arm fully for tubing, skiing, and just jumping in. Everyone experienced the cliff jumping and it was great to have both high cliffs and low cliffs for all ages. The game room also came in handy a couple nights as it was nice and cool down there while it was over 100 outside. We felt we did have to watch the 3 kids under 9 on the bridge due to no lower railing and for all walking down to the water was careful because of the rocky terrain if there is anything that can be done to provide better footing there, that would be great. Kitchen was perfect sized with plenty of space for cooking and helpers. It was also nice to be able to use the garage for the cars as it was over 100 everyday so that helped to keep them cooler. Overall, it was a great stay!

We could not have asked for a better home to spend our week. There were 6 adults and 4 kids and we never felt like we didn't have enough space. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals. The game room was a big hit for both the children and the adults. Most nights were spend down there playing cards while the kids played games. Looking out and seeing the lake was amazing and so nice to just throw our suits on and jump in the water. Everyone had a great time!

Our family spends a week each year on Table Rock at Big Cedar Lodge. This year we decided to extend our time on the lake and chose to rent this house for our family for a few extra days. It was fabulous!! We had the entire lake to ourselves! The property was beautiful; we couldn't ask for anything more. The kids LOVED the downstairs game room. We will definitely be back!!

We spent 9 days at the lake house with our adult children and it was a terrific place to unwind, play some games, and enjoy each other as well as the lake. We brought 3 inflatable kayaks (Sea Eagles Deluxe), which were really a hit. The huge kitchen was great for making big meals and we enjoyed grilling out as well. There are lots of places throughout the house and property to find time alone to read/rest but also large enough rooms and porches to gather for cards or games. We loved having a drum circle at the fire pit where we sang songs and bonded as a tribe :)

We enjoyed every minute we were here. The house is comfortable and has all amenities that anyone would want. Waking in the morning to see the lake enveloped in fog only to be burned off in a short while and then the sun would be reflecting off the waves. The only regret that we had was that with three couples together, and each had their own list of things to see and do, we did not have sufficient time to be at the house and really enjoy all it had to offer. In fact, the consensus of our group was, that another trip would have to be planned in the future.

The house was beautiful and view of lake was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire house, including the game area that was used by adults more than the 10 year old that was part of our group. He was so tired from fishing, swimming, fire pit for smores and running back and forth from the house to the lake that he played out every eveing. The night it rained we played cards and had a great visit. The garage was great for the guys cleaning the fish they caught (which we ate). The absolute only "complaint" I would have is that the bedroom with 2 full beds did not appear to have a heating/cooling vent therefore was hot as the temperatures were 100-110 degrees most of the days we were there and the "attic/whole house" fan was not in working order to get the house cooled off the day we arrived. We spent a great deal of time in the basement level during the day. If these two items were resolved I would definately give the house an Excellent rather than Good rating. We would definitely rent the house for a family get together again, we all had a great time.

An extremely nice and roomy property with lake access. We were very pleased in the appointments, comfort and overall livability of the property. The owners are first class and sincerely desire for the guest's stay to be memorable. We were not dissapointed. Although there is no internet access and AT&T phone service is spotty, at best, we would not hesitate to recommend this property and the owners to anyone and will be happy to act as a reference and offer this recommendation.

Two thumbs up from each family member who spent time at the house during the week we rented it! The listing description is absolutely accurate. Actually...the house, location, and owners are even better than the listing information describes! The photos show how beautiful the remodeled house is but we were still wowed by the high-end finishes, gourmet kitchen, wonderful decor, spaciousness and especially the cleanliness of the property upon arrival! The owners are so wonderful to rent from. We really felt like they wanted us to have the best experience. They put so much thought and effort into the property but then also went the extra mile to accommodate our specific needs! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation in a quiet, beautiful setting. We will definitely return as soon as possible!

It's been almost 2 months since my family and I spent time in Golden, Mo..I still smile each and every time I think of the day we arrived. Even though it was raining some, we had nothing but the warmest of welcome's. A personal family welcome at the front door, and once we stepped inside it was like being at home. The house is equipped with all the amenities you could possible ask for, in the kitchen , in each bedroom, and a garage to store your vechiles while you are there. The family game room was a blast and all was decorated beautifully. Once you are inside, and look out the back to the wonderful landscape, beautiful view of the lake from one of the two decks, you are smiling from ear to ear the whole time you are there. My family and I spent quality time together celebrating, my husbands 60th, our 35th anniversay, and Easter. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us, and we will be doing it again soon.

What a wonderful home! My family stayed at the house during the Thanksgiving holiday and had a fantastic time. Everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and well appointed. The pictures of the house don't do it justice! We all enjoyed the game room and the outdoor space. We spent a day in Branson and a day in Eureka Springs, and the rest of the time we just enjoyed relaxing in the house. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area. Our family of 5 stayed here for a short Fall Break and had the most wonderful time. The house was so comfortable and beautiful, just like we had imagined after seeing the pictures. Our goal was to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of our jobs for a short time and reconnect with one another and most importantly REST! We saw the Passion Play the first night we were there then went to the bait store the next day and never left the house again! We had a blast in the gameroom until all hours of the night then slept in the next morning in the super cozy beds. We fished, explored, built a fire and made Smores, and ate every meal on the deck! Our kids brought their scooters and rode up and down the big hill in front of the house! We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful property to spend our Fall Break. Troy and Teri, thanks for sharing your home with us and for providing such a beautiful, restful place for our family to retreat to. Thanks again and may God bless you and your family.

Thank you, Troy, for the wonderful home away from home! Our visit was wonderful. We enjoyed the view from the deck of your beautiful vacation home at Table Rock Lake. There was enough room for everyone. Our party included eight adults. We spent one day on a pontoon boat, one day in Branson for a show and shopping, and the rest of our week was spent fishing, reading, and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings. The weather was beautiful for our October Fall Break from Kentucky. Enough words cannot be said for this wonderful home and setting! What a relaxing week away from home! We hope to visit you again!

We had a wonderful time at this house. We were two families with a total of 5 kids and we fit perfectly. Plenty of space. The house is lovely. Very clean and updated. The property was beautiful. The kids had a great time exploring. The lake was great for swimming and fishing. The kids loved all the games in the basement. It left the adults with plenty of time to relax on the deck with a book and a cool drink.

First time back to Table Rock since our honeymoon! We had 10 people, with 2 grandparents and our 6 children, ages 10 - 22. There was something in this house for everyone. This was the last week of summer with our 3 oldest, before returning them to college, and we really wanted a quiet week, so the game room and lake access was perfect. Couldn't get the kids away from the air hockey table. Coffee every morning off the incredible deck was the best part of the day. Eureka Springs was just a short drive, and boat rental was close and affordable. Perhaps the best part was dealing with Troy and Teri. The house was SPOTLESS, and they go down and prep it themselves every time a new family comes. You can see the love in this house. We had a short power outage on Thur night, and Troy made sure to have a local friend check on us to make sure it came back on and everything was OK. This house is definitely on the quite side of the lake, so local stores, etc. are not as convenient as being close to a city like Branson, but we really enjoyed the solitude. Good grocery about 15 minutes away, and Wal Mart about 30. Troy and Teri...thank you for a wonderful week. You helped us create some really special memories. Hope to return next year. (PS...sorry, again, about the bar stool!)

The best time we have had at the Lake. We have traveled to Table Rock Several Times over the years and this is by far the best property we have stayed in. We will not go anywhere else. The home is very nice and the pictures on the sight only show a small portion of it. The home is spacious and still cozy. Great Rec room on the lower level. The space on the decks are very large and the lower sun deck with all the furniture was great for us girls when the guys fished. The property is a true park like setting with manicured and natural areas. There was no one around us the entire week. VERY peaceful. I would love to return in the fall or winter. Would like to see the double sided fireplace in the lower level going in the winter time. Every one enjoyed your home. The kids couldn't believe the amount of game tables. We actually rented a home once for a week and the owner offered to rent us a ping-pong table for $30.00 that would be set up in the garage. Here we had a true game room!!! Air hockey, foos ball, darts, bumper pool, arcade games and even bowling. Sorry about the pinball machine (it quit while the boys were playing it after the ball got stuck) Hope it is minor fix. We would recommend (and will) this home to anyone that wants a great relaxing week on the lake. It will be hard for you to find a more complete water front home. Thank you again Troy and Teri...we will see you next season if not sooner.

We love this house! We stayed at the house the first week of june and had excellent weather the entire time. The house is a short drive to all the entertainment in Branson, Silver Dollar City, Eureka Springs, etc. With the Kings River Marina so close, we decided to rent a ski boat for a day and we had a blast. There is so much to do and see. Even if we chose to stay at the house all day we wouldn't be bored. With satellite t.v., game room, fire pit, huge basement with bar, and swimming right out back, there is never a moment were any of the kids felt bored or homesick. On top of all this, the Scotts are really down to earth people who are the most accomodating and easy to deal with hosts I have ever encountered.

Pulled up to the lakehouse and thought it looked nice from the outside. Stepped inside and said WOW! A beautifully remodeled home with first class amenities with obvious attention to detail. The openness of the upstairs made us feel like we were all together but not crowded. The downstairs was great when some of us wanted to get away because it was a very entertaining area for the kids or the adults. The deck areas were immense with plenty of seating and a grill that we used every night. The walk down to the lake was like entering a relaxing peaceful nature area. Fishing, boating, whatever you want right there on the lake in the backyard. The fire pit was a big hit in the evenings. Lots to see & do within a reasonable driving distance. Would recommend this to anyone. This home was very well thought out with a desire for a pleasant experience for the renter. Even the beds were comfortable! We are ready to go back!
