This direct oceanfront has a touch of class and quality not found in any of the resort rentals.
This spacious one bedroom oceanfront rests on the 14th fl of the Palms south tower overlooking the ocean beachfront and resort grounds with an absolute breath taking endless view of the southern coast.
The Palms sits directly on the beachfront and is landscaped in a tropical beachfront setting. The Palms is just a short 10 min drive from the airport. It is centrally located just north of downtown among the other popular resorts along the hightly desired vacationing resort area of Grand Strand North Ocean Blvd. This location is within close driving distance to all the major attractions and shopping areas of myrtle beach and within walking distance to many of the area restaurants and the newly built oceanfront Boardwalk.
This unit is best suited as the ultimate romantic couples getaway yet it is spacious enough to accommodate a small family very comfortably.
This unit comes completely furnished with all the comforts of home. This one bedroom unit has two queen beds, wireless Internet and phone ( free local calling). A full bath, full kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and all cookware utensils to accommodate your in house meals. The living room boasts a 42" flat screen, granite top bar set and dinette.
A sliding glass door separates the living room to your own private balcony overlooking the resort grounds and ocean beachfront.

I had stayed at some of the other suites at the Palms in the past but nothing compared to this place. You walk in and you feel like you are in a home. There is so much care put into every aspect of the suite. Obviously the view from the balcony is 2nd to none you are so far up that you can see miles down the beach. At night you can see the lights from the new Ferris wheel built on the boardwalk. If you have a small group of people this is the suite that I recommend. Dave is also one of the nicest owners I have worked with from this site.

Hi Dave, This was our first experience with renting from VRBO and we had a wonderful and relaxing time in your condo. The condo décor is tastefully done with lots of thoughtful touches. Like one of the other reviewers stated “The description and pictures were only a teaser for the actual experience”. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was picture perfect. The family had a great time and the wife didn’t want to leave. I will come back and recommend to friends and family.

A family reunion was enhanced by having our own condo to retreat to. The view was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Very nice and clean! Obviously loved by the owner, there are lots of cute personal items that made one feel like they were staying at a friends place. Everything we needed was there! Had a most enjoyable time there, perfect for one couple!

Hi Dave, We had a great time in Myrtle Beach during our recent stay in your rental unit. The place was very nice and clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The property managers at Carnival Inn took great care of us and were very helpful whenever we needed anything. We were in town for a baseball tournament and our entire team stayed at the resort. Of all the rooms, ours definitely was the best! The decor, the updated look, the cleanliness were outstanding! Many of the other rooms we saw were extremely dated, very crummy-looking. I can't imagine who would want to stay in those rooms- we even heard that people requested different rooms after checking in and seeing their accommodations. Also, the common areas were a little run down and old as well-- the elevators were dark,slow and floors always wet. Some of the clientele were a little suspect at best. In your rental, I wish the bathroom was larger. If there was a way to get rid of the wet bar and push the bathroom out into its space, the space would be a lot better used. The extra two or three feet would really help. But overall, we really enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks for everything!!!

My husband and I needed a relaxing vacation away from town to escape the overall every day hustle, not only to escape that, but just to get away to ourselves for a while. The last part of 2010 was Tramatic after loosing my 34 year old brother in an autombile accident. My mind has not been at ease since. Trying to take care of my family and be there for them 100% has taken a toll on both myself and my husband. We needed this time. It was great! Enjoying the nice ocean view and just sitting and relaxing in the beautiful well decorated condo. What a relaxing experience. I have always been a renter from VRBO and have never been dissatisfied at all. I would recommend this to anyone who looks for the comfort of Home away from home.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with this condo. We have stayed at several places via online research, and this by far is our favorite. We had ZERO problems. The condo is everything we had hoped for and more. We even slept multiple nights on the sofa bed just to see the sunrise.... if you step back... it looks like the balcony just steps off into the ocean! You won't believe how well maintained and beautiful this condo is. We had a fantastic week- needless to say- we were bummed to leave. They have thought of everything. We will be staying again....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palms Resort. In addition to the spectacular sunrises and ocean view, the interior decor added to the "beach theme". The location was great as we were able to walk to many of the area's restaurants. Everything we needed was nearby. With today's technology, we were able to find and view our options. And the ease of making reservations, signing the contract and finalizing payment was painless. All we had to do was enjoy our visit. Which we did. Thanks, Dave.

Words can't describe the breath-taking views that are seen from the room balcony of the Condo. From the sunrise and sunset to watching the dolphins swim up the coastline every afternoon. Literally a one minute walk from your room to walking on the beach. Minutes from every retaurant or shopping experience imaginable. Not like your typical hotel stay where you can't get any sleep. Has all the touches and comfort of home. And with all that being said, the best part of it all is the great easy and simple booking of this vacation!!! Quite simply a few e-mails back and forth about length of stay and payment details. I made payment through optional Paypal for the easiest and one of the most memorable vacation stays of my life. Hope to come back for years to come.
