The condo has two balconies. See the sun burst over the horizon from the East facing balcony! Watch the famous gold, Ocean city sunsets turn to mauve and violet from our West viewing balcony. You can choose to go out or stay in, there is so much to enjoy. Our Condo is situated in the convenient downtown area with interesting shops, The Boardwalk and bayfishing and water sports all nearby. There is no need to fight traffic snarls.

The house had a perfect location, nearby many restaurants, bars and, most importantly, the beach. The only issue is the water pressure in the building can be extremely lacking at times, but it's no fault of the owner. There's also an outdoor shower by the pool that works pretty well, so getting sand off and out of your hair down there is another option.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

We have looked into the low water pressure before and believe that the whole building, especially the upper floors, needs to address the problem before the problem can be corrected. I think it is being considered. I don't really find it a problem myself. I just make my shower last a couple minutes longer.

Great location and wonderful people to rent from.It is always clean and has everything that is necessary to use.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: This condo has been in our family since the late 1970's. Our parents purchased this in their retirement. It has been a place that the whole family has enjoyed for many years. We loved the convenience of the beach and Boardwalk when our children were young. Then as they grew older we still loved the location. Now that it time for our grandchildren, we love to see the joy all over again. My husband is a Charter Boat Captain and the convenience to fishing was also another plus. We have always been happy that our parents made such a wise purchase. This condo has given us many happy memories and we are still collecting them today.
