We visited this condo with another family of four and we all enjoyed ourselves immensly. The condo is so pretty, decorated so nicely and has all the comforts of home. Our children were THRILLED with the "game room" option and this kept them busy while we were preparing meals. We also enjoyed having the option to download Netflix movies during the late evenings and early mornings. The lazy river was perfect for the kids. We could barely convince them to leave to go to the beach! The only downfall for us would have been the beach at the resort. There was quite a bit of seaweed and the waves were very rough for the kids. Luckily there is a free public beach only a mile down the road with calm, clean water which we loved. I only wish we would have discovered it earlier in our trip. We will definitely stay in this condo again if we have the chance to visit Destin in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. The property was very clean and well maintained. We have two teenagers and having so much extra room in the condo was great for all of us. Instead of driving to restaurants, we were able to cook all our meals at the condo and had every cooking gadget and pot and pan that we needed. This allowed us to have more time together to walk on the beach and play in the lazy river. The complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach were a great asset and allowed us to get out of the sun. The owner, Tim, was so easy to contact and he answered our questions promptly. It was great to know that he was available if we had problems. We also liked the fact that Tim had such an easy check-in and out procedure, no lines to wait in. We will recommend this condo to friends and would love to come back and stay in this unit on our next visit to Florida. All we can say is the condo was great, the lazy river was so relaxing, and the beach was only a short walk away; which allowed us to have a great time as a family.

I spent 9 nights there with my wife and 3 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The condo was impeccable with the latest amenities from flat screens in every room to netflix. We enjoyed the lazy river and pools so much we barely went to the beach. It is located on a quiet part of the beach but close access to everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay was June 15 to June 26th, and we enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful condo! It looks just like the pictures, so no surprises. Very clean, it felt just like home. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds,plenty of TV's for all to have their own space when needed. The balcony is huge, we spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the beautiful views. The sunsets on the bay were a sight to behold! The buildings and common areas are kept very clean, pools also very clean. Beach is about 5-10 minute walk, but the skywalk makes it very safe. The lazy river was very popular with families, kids love it! The condo has a great view of the pools and lazy river. and its especially pretty at night! We would definitely recommend this condo. It is so lovingly decorated, we wouldn't expect many condos would have the same attention to detail. And Tim and Cherry set up everything up so that arrival was a breeze, we were able to get right in and relax. There are great restaurants nearby, The Black Pearl was especially good! Close to everything you might need, and just about anything you would want to do...we loved it!

Fantastic Find at the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort!

From the moment we first contacted Tim, the owner, we knew we were in for 5 star treatment. Working with Tim was a pleasure - he answered all of our questions quickly and provided all the information that we needed to make our stay wonderful. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos - fantastic! The renovated kitchen, hardwood floors and furnishings are all top notch. We had four children and four adults staying in the unit and there was plenty of space to move around and feel at home. The beach was beautiful but is about a 5 to 10 minute walk - we had two Radio Flyer wagons to haul the kids and all their stuff and it worked out perfectly. The lazy river was a nice break from the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

The condo was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. It was equipped for people of all ages. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and plan on a later week long trip with all the family. Highly recommend this condo!!!!!!

All the Comforts of Home

We stayed here after Christmas and were very comfortable with the well equipped kitchen, spacious master bedroom, and inviting living room with big leather couch. Our family of five had plenty of room.There were HD televisions in all the rooms. It has a great view of the bay and the lazy river below. We enjoyed the outlet shopping and seafood restaurants!

We stayed in this beautiful condo over the Labor Day holiday and it was the perfect vacation! The condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view of not only the pool and lazy river, but also the bay. Our children loved the lazy river and the splash park, almost more than the beach. The PS3 was also a big hit!! Dealing with the owners and their local contact was a pleasant interaction, and they provided the ultimate in customer service. We are already trying to decide when we will be visiting next! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

A Week full of memories

We just had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condominium this past week. This particular unit is as wel appointed and beautifully decorated as any home that I have been in! We had our adult children and grandchildren with us and the condo suited all of us perfectly. The children and adults alike thoroughly enjoyed the incredible balcony that looked out over the bay. We found the walk across the board walk quite easy to get to the beach. The pool at Destin West is AWESOME!!! We felt like we had the best of both worlds! The condo was very clean..we had no worries when our grandchildren played on the floor! We had a small maintenance issue while we were there, but the owner took care of it so quickly, it was no inconvenience at all. We felt very supported! To sum this review up, I would look forward to returning to this condo as often as I could and would HIGHLY recommend it to friends & family! We will have family memories for the rest of our lives from our week in Destin!
