Yearning for a Cape Cod Getaway?

Lose yourself in the serenity of a charming country cottage nestled in the heart of the Cape, minutes from Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound, Hinckley's Pond and Long Pond.
Experience our tastefully decorated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage. The home sleeps 5 or 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom features twin beds, and the den has a full futon. Linens and towels are provided and there is a new washer and dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen, should you choose to cook while on vacation, features brand new cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops, new appliances including double oven with smooth top range, built-in microwave, large side-by-side refrigerator, and dishwasher.
A slider in the kitchen leads outside to a backyard deck and gas BBQ grill. The backyard is fenced in for privacy and features a whimsical playhouse for younger folks. Sip your morning coffee out on the back deck and enjoy what nature has to offer. Your backyard adjoins acres of conservation woodlands filled with a variety of Cape Cod birds and the occasional group of quietly grazing deer.
Take your after-beaching bath in our refreshing (hot/cold water) outdoor shower. There is also room to park your small boat trailer on the property should you decide to bring it along for the vacation; public access to Long Pond is only 3 miles away!
Take a bike ride or walk on the Cape Rail Trail, less than one mile from our cottage. It will lead you on a path that crosses between Hinckleys Pond and the ever-changing seasons of an active cranberry bog. We know you'll become a regular visitor to nearby Pleasant Lake General Store. Just wait till you taste their deli-style sandwiches! Enjoy fun-filled days of swimming, seashell collecting, fishing, biking, boating, golfing.. or kick back and savor a slower pace, sampling our neighboring towns of Chatham, Harwich and Brewster as you stroll down their Main Streets viewing art galleries, unique shops, and tantalizing restaurants.
Chatham's Friday night Band Concerts are a popular outing for families of all ages. Spread your blanket out early at Kate Gould Park, then lay back under the starry, starry night and lose yourself in old-time tunes. Kick up your heels as you jive to fox trots, waltzes, 'Here We Go Loop-Dee-Loo', and finally expend your last ounce of energy on 'The Bunny Hop'. Spend the days at the beach, then in the evenings sample concession-stand hot dogs and burgers as you cheer on your favorite Cape Cod Summer Baseball Team. (May we suggest the Harwich Mariners or the Chatham Anglers?)
However you decide to spend your vacation, rest assured you'll have a comfortable place to call home!
