If you've been to the area before, you'll know that Formosa Gardens Estates is THE location for your central Florida vacation. It is a walled and gated community of the finest homes, exuding luxury and opulence and our home is finished to the highest standard. We have two king master suites, two queen rooms, a twin room and twin loft over full bed all with Cable TV. All the bedrooms have LCD TVs and a mix of DVD players and VCRs.
Our south-facing pool area has an oversized spa and a kiddie pool (with offset umbrella to provide shade for the little ones) in a very large and private screened deck. Unlike most houses in the area, our home has gas heating which means that the spa heats up in a matter of minutes to give you a blissful end to a day at the parks. There is a pool safety screen available but pool door alarms are also fitted for your peace of mind.
The house is also equipped with two travel cots (cribs) with bassinets, changing trays and bedding, a high chair, booster seat, baby monitor and strollers along with some toys and games for children of all ages. There are even stairgates available too.
We have a formal sitting area with leather sofas and a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 12 for those special occasions. There is a large open kitchen with corian counter tops, breakfast nook and family room with more leather sofas, TV and DVD/VCR. In the loft area at the top of the stairs there's a desktop PC to access the internet. There is also a games room to relax with a game of pool, darts or foosball and there's a TV with a DVD player and a Playstation 2 with several games.
This is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. Our home is bright and spacious and features 8 foot high doorways and venetian blinds on all windows and glass doors (including the front door for extra privacy). A 24-hour management company is on call in case you encounter any problems with your stay, and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services. Our aim is to provide everything you could wish for in a vacation home - and a little extra.

"My extended family and I stayed here for the week of my wedding in october 2008. The villa was beautiful..clean spacious and like a home away from home. The 3 children loved the fully stocked up games room. All bedrooms were beautifully presented and comfortable. kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked with delph etc... swimming pool was huge and enjoyed by all. would stay here again on return visit to Orlando. "Location to resturants and shopping were just a two minute drive. It exceeded our expectations. Sheets were high quality, kitchen appliances were all working and of the best names, overstocked on towels, and the house was so clean! The neighborhood has all luxury homes and gated. We all love the pools, the solar heating for the pool was a plus. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definately come back to this home next time we come to Orlando, and we will recommend this house to all of our friends who want a great stay and privacy with easy access to their own pool anytime they want. Our other sister stayed in a resort and she never went to their pool because it was either closed and too far to walk to.That alone ia well worth the cost.
