First of all a big thank-you to Debra and Cathy and their prompt responses and the ease of this vacation transaction. The listing of the property is accurate, but when you arrive here you have so much more than the pictures show. The place is so roomy and the porches where you'll spend most of your time make you just want to stay forever. You are at the ocean and beach and then just few minutes from the downtown St. Augustine which makes this the best location around. There are so many restaurants close by that are within walking distance and that are excellent that many a day we never moved the car, a must is Mango-Mangos. The Publix grocery store and a Starbucks less than a mile away make this all the more enjoyable. Watching the New Years Eve fireworks right outside your back door was a huge plus also. Overall, what a enjoyable and relaxing 10 days we have spent here, we are really spoiled and hate to return home. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We came back to stay at D street for our anniversary, and brought our dog again and toddler. We love staying here...we'd take walks and ride bikes on the beach, visit downtown st. Augustine, and eat at the local restaurants. Our toddler loved walking around the large living area...the only drawback is no tub for bathtime. We hope to make these stays a regular family vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife&I went for my 66 B/D. We had a great time.Cathy&Debra were very help full.The deck is great.I cooked on the grill every day.I will go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at D Street! The house was perfect and the owner very responsive to our needs. This is an outstanding place to visit and great place to stay. The location couldnt be more perfect for St. Augustine and beaches!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, charming home. The deck is awesome! I loved the openness and charm of the home. We will definitely be back. The location is perfect. Many cute restaurants and putt putt within walking distance. My favorite restaurant in St. Augustine, Mango Mango's is only 2 blocks away too!! I highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Spent the weekend here with my husband and 2 dogs. We loved it! Spent most of the time on the wrap-a-round deck. Thought about sleeping out there. Very clean and roomy! The only thing I would say is a negative...and it's very minor...was the coffee pot! I find this alot when we vacation, so I think I'm just going to add my coffee maker the my packing list :) We will def be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

I hate to write a great review about this house! I am sure that once this house really starts getting all the great reviews that it deserves, we will not be able to get back in here because the waiting list will be so long....Anyway here goes....the house is just a very short walk to the beach, at night if you leave the back sliding doors open you can listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The house was very clean, and well equipped for our stay. The owners are very nice and very willing to help us in making our stay amazing. We also have a small dog, and it was a great house for it, even a small side yard that is fenced in. It is only about 10 minutes to old St. Augustine and parking can be challenging, but once you figure out where everything is, it is ok. This is a great house, great place to stay and if we do ever make it back to St. Augustine beach area, Cathy will be the first one we call to see if the house is available. Highly recommend this as the number one place to stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My Family and I recently stayed in Seaspray cottage, everything about it exceeded or expectations. It is centrally located to all the attractions around the St. Augustine area. We could ride our bikes to almost anywhere in the St. Augustine Beach Area.The accomodations were better than described in VRBO, the photos don't do it justice. My family including our dog cannot wait for our next trip back to the Sea Spray Cottage. We highly reccomend this Cozy Cottage to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this home in mid-October. Except for an initial storm, the weather was great and my family loved swimming in the ocean which was only a few steps away. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was nice and we received our deposit back promptly. My husband wants to go back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

There is nothing but a manageable sand dune between this property and the Atlanti c ocean. Porches are wide as well as wraparound. Perfect beach house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were lucky enough to spend the month of April 2011 at this property and we liked it so much that we are returning for the month of April 2012. The location on the beach is perfect and we had long walks and swims every day with our dog. We were close to the village of St Augustine which is great for eating and shopping or just strolling down the little streets. The Outlets are great for shopping and there are nice golf courses nearby. The house is all that the pictures show, a rustic 1920's cottage, and the owner is always there to offer assistance. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a warm, relaxed atmosphere by the sea.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in St. Augustine...and it was great to wake up every morning, have our coffee on the porch, and walk out right onto the beach. The owners were great about letting us bring our big dog with us as well. The house is spacious, with lots of natural light, and has good privacy; and the furniture was very comfortable. It's within driving distance to the historic area, as well as to a Publix & Starbucks; and within walking distance to local restaurants. The worst part about our stay was that we had to leave!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
