  We had a wonderful weekend here with our family and friends. We have children 6yrs and under and they had a fabulous time in the yard and with all the toys in the house. Made packing easy with this well stocked home even a Mickey Mouse waffle maker. Owner quickly responded to any questions or needs we had. You can walk to west cliff drive to beaches a little distance but close enough. Would be easy walk with out children or just have a stroller. We hope to stay again next year.

  We had a really great and comfortable time at this house. We walked to the Pacific Ocean's beautiful views as well as downtown Santa Cruz daily. The hot tub is a wonderful amenity. Charming and functional. We would definitely book this home again. Great family place. Clean and well kept. There are several food stores and restaurants within walking distance.

  Our family really enjoyed staying in this comfortable, cozy little cottage. The jacuzzi was great, and the proximity to the ocean and the boardwalk was perfect. We felt very welcome.

  I arrived with my family to this beautiful home and someone said, "This is the perfect place to be together." I loved the surfer-themed room, where I quickly hooked up my computer to the wireless network and promptly forgot about it! ;-) I am always so surprised to smell the wonderful Santa Cruz air with its mixture of sand and trees. We cooked together, sang together, hot-tubbed together. Oh, and I got on a bike for the first time in years and peddled to meet up with my family walking back from Natural Bridges! I'm missing it already!

  We stayed for a week in July 2010 and had a blast. The house is in a great location and is very well furnished, as well as clean and comfortable. Nice linens and plenty of towels including beach towels were provided. The kitchen and laundry had everything we needed and more. The lovely fully fenced backyard was perfect for our two year old and also worked well for a bbq for a large group of Santa Cruz friends. The hot tub was fantastic! Cruiser bikes were provided for cruising nearby West Cliff - nice touch! Beaches were just a few blocks away. The owner responded immediately to our questions about the wireless which were resolved quickly. We hope to stay here again next year when we visit Santa Cruz.

  We stayed here for a weekend and had an incredible time. Beautifully furnished and decorated, this cottage is a true home and not just a vacation rental. We settled in so nicely that it was hard for us to leave the house and hit the beach! The cottage features a large back yard stocked with all kinds of fresh herbs and of course, a jacuzzi (which was already warm upon arrival). There is a large Whole Food-type supermarket within walking distance for your groceries. We took full advantage of the BBQ and cooked outside for every meal. There is parking behind the main gate of the house. We found this very convenient for hosing down and hanging our drysuits and surfboards. This is a perfect "home base" for a group with mixed interests. The surfers can be out on the water all day while the less adventurous folks can stay at home and read a book or take a stroll down the coast. We were honestly blown away by this cottage!

  What a lovely place to spend a few days. This cozy cottage was clean, spacious, and was just what we were looking for. Particularly notable was the back yard area with it's large hot tub, gas grill, and a perfect patch of green grass when you are looking for a lounge spot sans sand! The kitchen was stock with gadgets and the beds were very cozy. And just a few shorts blocks to the beach as well as New Leaf Market (not to mention the AMAZING Kelly's Bakery!) Although we were 7 girls, I would imagine this a perfect place for a family vacation, also. Highly recommended.
