My Ranch Style home was built in 1955 in this quiet and safe neighborhood full of trees including Oak, Pine and Monterey Cypress. It's really close to Pebble Beach and has a central location-everything is easy to get to.
The rooms have large glass windows-the interior is sunny, and at night the home is cozy.
There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen size bed and are beautifully furnished.
This home has been completely newly remodeled with quality modern conviences and charm.
The location is a quiet residental neighborhood, with lots of privacy.
There is a private back deck for relaxing or taking in the fresh Pacific Grove air with 4 Adirondack chairs, a teak bench, a chaise lounge and a Gas BBQ. It has a country feel with plants to enjoy. You can open up the french glass doors onto the deck and bring the outdoors in.

My mother and I were visiting the area for a graduation and Cheryl's house was the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the modern decor and the comfort of the whole house. My husband and I stayed in this rental and will definitely be back. It was relaxing, clean, light and spacious, with a quaint back yard. We enjoyed sitting by the cozy fireplace while drinking wine and watching movies. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we saw the occasional deer. This house is cozy and perfect for 4 adults. Beds are extremely comfortable and all (high-quality) linens are provided. The house is about 1-2 miles from the beach and comes with bikes that you can ride there. The kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bbq make for an easy place to dine in. Cheryl is an excellent person to deal with - quick with emails, friendly and thorough with all explanations and readily available. I'd definitely stay there again for my next Monterey visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I love my home because it has lots of light, floor to ceiling windows in most rooms, a wonderful fireplace with a gas burning insert is warm and cozy and is located right next to Pebble Beach. Pacific Grove is a charming town to live in!
