  I am very picky about the rentals I choose. It takes me months of research and I rely heavily on reviews. I knew Kim's condo would be clean and well stocked so there were no surprises there. However, I was impressed by the spaciousness, the attention to detail, the easy going communication with the owner and being able to walk to the ski base. The beds are very comfortable, the towels are plush, the kitchen has everything and I love that there was soap, detergent, spices and coffee to help start our week. The pool was our other great surprise, it is pleasantly warm and the jets are welcome after a day of skiing. My family loved it and looks forward to coming back!

  We have been renting places for 11 years and this condo ranks number one. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and very very clean. We immediately booked for next year.

  We had many questions and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful to get us what we needed for our stay (e.g., baby items, etc.) The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, huge kitchen. A great play to stay for a skiing vacation at Park City.

  We had a great stay at this condo. Kim, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful or easier to deal with. The place itself is a very easy walk to the lifts at Park City and about a mile from Park City town center. There were plenty of buses going from the front door of the condo units to the other ski areas and town. There is also a supermarket and 7/11 just across the main road. The condo layout was great for a group ski trip with seperate bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom was a blessing after a long day of skiing! Couldn't have been happier - thanks Kim!

  Property was beautiful: all descriptions regarding the property location were accurate. The photos accurately represented the rental's appearance and amenities, the best the could... the condo was actually nicer than the photos depicted. The property was sparkling clean, and the owner was wonderful in answering all questions. I would highly recommend this property to others and will hopefully be able to stay there again in the coming years. We were a block and a half from the Park City resort where we were able to enjoy the Alpine Slide, the Alpine Coaster and other great summer activities. And it was walking distance to one of my favorite restaurants, the Baja Cantina.

  We loved everything about the condo. It was clean, handsomely decorated, a walk away from most all of the fun activities. It was like being home away from home. All the little things have been considered to make sure you were ok if you forgot something. The owners work hard and deserve all the five stars they earn. We will definitely use them again!

  My wife and our three kids stayed in this condo last year and again this year, and we will likely make it a tradition to visit Park City and stay in Kim's condo. I can't say enough good about the property, it's location, and the service Kim has provided on both visits. We are very picky about cleaniness and this condo is very clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable. Located right at the base of Park City Mountain resort, it is close to skiing, hiking, biking, restaurants, etc. We have told several friends about the property, and would recommend it highly to anyone!

  Owner response: I'm so glad we were able to meet in person when you arrived for your first stay in my condo! It was great hearing from you again and I'm happy your second stay was enjoyable, too. My housekeeping team really supports me in keeping my unit up to the standards I expect and feel comfortable presenting to my guests. I too appreciate the location and the fact that there are only 27 units in the whole complex --- it makes for a much more quiet and relaxing retreat.   This condo is a lovely, spacious, nicely decorated condo. It was very clean and comfortable. THe condo is maybe a half a block from Payday Lift at Park City. The buses stop right outside your unit to take you to Main Street. A Grocery Store,drug store and Starbucks are also within walking distance. The only potential negative comment I can find is that it is located right at the corner of two busy streets (fPark Ave & kearns) so if you are sensitive traffic sounds, it might not be the one for you. THe hottub is right outside the door. There is no gym. However, the owner of the condo was very accomodating and sent me a listing of places to go in town. SHe was also kind enough to buy us discounted lift tix at costco. Having done many rentals I was also pleased to find plenty of dishes, glassware and cups to get through the day for a decent sized family. Great place for your Park City Stay!

  Owner response: I'm glad the ski tickets worked out for you! When setting up my condo for rental, I made sure there were enough dishes and glasses for my big family --- I knew many guests would appreciate that as well. The condo isn't located at the cross streets that you mentioned nor is it directly at an intersection. The avenue that the complex is on does see morning and late afternoon skiers on their way to and from Park City Mountain Resort --- that's to be expected with the super convenient location of the condo. I hope the member of your party that was injured while snowboarding has recouped quickly. Hope to hear from you again!

  Excellent family vacation! The condo was very clean, comfortable, well maintained and in a great location. It was the perfect size for our family of five. Easy access to Park City Mountain Resort. The free town bus right outside provided transportation to ski resorts and Main Street within minutes. Kim was very easy to work with, answering questions not only about the condo but also about the Park City area in general.We hope to return to Park City in the future and would definitely stay in this condo again!

  From initial contact with the owner, to our booking, arrival, stay and departure, this was an easy and exceptional rental experience. We liked the proximity to Park City Mountain Resort, Cole's Ski Shop rentals right across the parking lot, covered parking, a spacious three-bedroom unit with extremely comfortable beds was perfect for our family.
