  The property was just as presented we had a wonder time Kim could not have been nicer or more helpful,our children arrived on an earlier flight and she responded right away when they got lost and could not find the place. The location is great ,the beds and lay out was outstanding ,we would like to book for next year

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed for 3 nights skiing at Park City. Location was excellent walking distance from the slopes and lifts. Ski shop across the parking lot, Starbucks across the road and walking distance to park city Main Street. Apartment was really well appointed and had everything you would need in spacious rooms. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  I returned to this fabulous condo for a week-loing ski vacation with my huband and three kids, and it more than lived up to our memories. The condo is stunningly clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, convenient to park City Mountain Resort and a great grocery store, an easy bus ride to Main Street. The kitchen is very well stocked with the types of things you use all the time at home but are often lacking from a rental, including great knives. The hot outdoor pool is a delight. (see my longer review from last year for a wordier description) Kim is delightful to work with. We are counting the days until we can return again!

  We stayed for a 2 week ski holiday over Christmas and New Year. The photos and description are accurate and Kym was great to deal with. There is heaps of room, main bedroom is huge and all the bedrooms have an ensuite. Apartment was immaculate. Laundry inside the apartment is extremely handy. The apartment is 1 bus stop away from Park City Mountain resort and most of the buses stop at the bus stop so you don't have to wait too long. Supermarket is a block down the road and easy walking distance. If you want to ski at Canyons or Deer Valley the buses stop out the front. Short bus ride into the main town for restaurants etc. We also went to the outlet shopping mall which was about a 20 to 30 min bus ride. We loved it, would highly recommend the apartment and Park City Ski Resort. Thanks Kym.

  We were very pleased the comfort, size, attractiveness and location of this condo. The listing description is totally accurate and the unit is extremely clean and well kept. It is larger than it appears in the pictures and the comfortable beds, pillows and high quality sheets are wonderful. The kitchen is bright, cheerful and well-stocked with dishware and cookware. Private laundry room within unit is very convenient. Superior customer service provided by the owner. Definitely would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  We had 4 adults and 4 children staying in the condo for 6 nights and we had more than enough space. The condo was lovely and very cosy. It was so clean and welcoming. We were on a ski vacation and the location was perfect. It was so easy to get to Park City slopes and a short (free) bus ride to Deer Valley. What a bonus having the bus stop basically right outside our door. It was a nice walk into town and all the people were super friendly. There was everything we could have needed in the condo and we defintely would return there in the future. The neighbors were also very nice to our boys who played out back in the snow every moment they could. Kim was great to work with and we really appreciate her sharing her beautiful condo with us.

I'm glad you found the walk into town enjoyable --- it's beautiful year round. I'm sure your boys had fun with the sleds I left in the closet for your use. I so appreciate your taking my play-n-pack and booster seat that was stored in "your" unit to my guests in my other unit for their little one. It made their stay even more enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting you in person, too! I'm looking forward to hearing from you in the future.

  This is an absolutely lovely condo -- spacious, comfortable, attractive and spotless. Our family of 5 was ready to move in permanently! Great attention to details -- comfortable beds, soft bedding (and lots of extra pillows/blankets), fluffy towels for the bath and the pool, a kitchen which is easy to cook in, with great pots & knives, and the extras like a slow-cooker, pizza pan, grater, lasagna/brownie pan, "emergency" coffee for the first morning, etc. An attractive dining area as well. The three bathrooms are modern & clean and the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing after a day of skiing. The spotless laundry room was stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Extras in every closet/cupboard, including hair dryers, a humidifier & fans. There are 3 large TVs but it was the stash of board games and the outdoor hot pool that kept us all entertained. The bus really does stop right outside, and it's one stop to Park City Mountain Resort, plus a short ride to Main Street restaurants or other locations. As it's downhill on the way home, we left our skis at the mountain and walked back in the afternoon. There is a lovely grocery store and large pharmacy just around the corner, an easy walk. The owner is gracious and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Your review says it all --- I'm so pleased you were so very happy with the condo and my efforts to make it comfortable, attractive and "addictive."   This is a wonderful condo. It was a perfect retreat from the busy soccer tournament we were attending. The condo is beautifully decorated but still very comfortable with a family. The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. The laundry room was terrific for cleaning/storing extra soccer gear. The owner is great and very easy to work with. We hope to make it an annual event.

  This is a wonderful condo! We stayed as a family for a soccer tournament and it was the perfect relaxing atmosphere to retreat to between games. We loved the decorating and furnishings. Although very beautiful, this condo is still very accommodating for a family. The rooms are spacious and the large laundry room was terrific for cleaning/storing soccer gear. We enjoyed the Alpine Slide and other activities that are within walking distance from the condo. The owner is wonderful and very easy to work with. We hope to make it an annual event for the soccer tournament.

  This was a very nice condo. The view of the mountain was wonderful and it was very nicely decorated. We checked in on Christmas day and the water was not hot but much to our surprise the owner had the maintenance guy out there checking that day! You can't ask for better service than that! I highly recommend this condo and the owner was wonderful to work with.
