  Hello, Steph and Dan had another great getaway in OC this year. Everything was fine 1 minor issue but good communication. Nothing could spoil our vacation. We will be returning next year as long as you will have us. The kids enjoyed it also. Thanks again. Hope to stay longer next year Lord willing. Jim Leane and Family.

  Considering our last minute choice, I think we were lucky to find such a nice and clean place. A few steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores...it was definitely a great find! The owners were communicative and prompt. We will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you!

  The house was perfect for a weekend away - so close to the beach, clean, well-furnished and super homey. As a bunch of 20somethings looking for a memorable Memorial Day weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed the house. The owners were informative (except a note about the top lock - no key!) and easily accessible.

  My friends and I were looking for a small place to get away for a weekend. We found this listing and checked into it immediately. When we got there the place was great, location is awesome (steps to the beach) and everything was just as it was described. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone. We plan on making this a trip every year from now on.

  This condo offers a wonderful escape to a beautiful area. We truly enjoyed our visit in the very comfortable home. If you are looking for a home away from home...this is the place to stay!

• Too short weekend at the beach

  Our visit to OC this year was too short as usual, but our stay was great in this condo for the first time. We have stayed several different places and this was one of the good ones, wish our children could have been with us. It was clean, close and comfortable. It is a great price had no problems. Owners are friendly and easy to reach. Hope to stay longer next year and invite more people to join us. Thanks for the great weekend.

  Condo is in a great place, close to many different attractions and other towns if you feel like venturing out of OC. Not far from Bethany Beach or Rehoboth Beach. Is really close to the beach and can sit on deck and watch the sunset. Very clean and there is plenty of room for a family. Great choice for a week or a long weekend as well as in the "Off season". Highly recommend.
