I was one of three single women who stayed in this great condo for two weeks. The condo was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we were looking for. The master bedroom/bathroom was huge and really special, but the other two bedrooms were also very nice. Both were very large with their own private bath. One bathroom had a door to the bedroom and one to the hallway but we all used our own bathrooms,which was great for getting ready. The condo had a full size washer dryer in a separate laundry room and a very nice size balcony overlooking the water where we saw a variety of birds every day. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the center of town but outside of town enough that when we were home it was very peaceful. We walked every morning far past the entrance to the beach but when we went to the beach we drove so we wouldn't have to carry all our beach gear so if you travel light to the beach or don't mind carrying your stuff a couple of blocks the beach is a very walkable distance. Andrea was a pleasure to deal with. The only disappointment for us in the condo, although this is in no way a reflection on the owner, was the pool. It was quite small which wouldn't have been so bad as it was very underutilized. But it had a very small deck area which was in the shade most of the afternoon, at least at the time of year we visited. So if you're looking for a big resort style pool, this condo doesn't have one. I should note that in our long walks everyday, we saw many pools attached to condos and they were equally small, so maybe this is just a part of Florida where the beach rules and pools don't matter. One other comment, PLEASE remember to put your parking plackard in your car if you rent this condo. We were warned by Andrea and there are signs everywhere in the condo to remind you, and yet we forgot one night and our car was towed (as the signs said it would be). Other than having to pay the towing fee it wasn't so bad, cab came in no time, and we were back at the beach in less then 45 minutes. Parking is at a premium in Clearwater Beach so we understand the importance of keeping the condo's parking lot free of people who don't belong there. We discovered a great restaurant called Island Way just over the bridge. It had a fabulous early bird special: 2 dinners for $25 in a beautiful setting on the water. Drinks were also discounted. Thanks Andrea for sharing your lovely condo. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at Andrea and Peter's condo with my husband, 10 month-old daughter and my parents who are in their 70's. Very impressed by the spaciousness of the condo. The place had everything you could need and then some, such as: keypads in lieu of keys; tons of towels; a washer, dryer and a drying rack; high chair and pack 'n play; reliable wifi; free phone calls; massive closets; large kitchen and substantial pantry; beach umbrella - basically everything we could think of needing, Andrea and Peter anticipated it. The only criticism we had is that the condo didn't get a lot of sunlight, but this wasn't an issue as we didn't spend a lot of time indoors during the day. As important as the accommodations, you want to be sure that the owners and their management are responsive. When the pool heater stopped working, Andrea was on it right away, updating me regularly on the progress (management fixed it the next day). When I wanted to ship packages to the condo before my arrival, Andrea made sure the previous renters were aware. (Received all in perfect order.) Andrea and Peter obviously care about their condo as well as their guests. Great place, great location. Would be happy to return. FYI, if you have guests who park in the guest parking, make sure they have a parking pass in their cars or they will be towed.

Great Condo, well located at 2 minutes from the beach. Clean and well maintained Plenty of blankets and sheets for the beds Well furnished kitchen and plenty of extras.

This was truely a beautiful condo to have while staying in Florida. It is spacious, has every comfort plus and an amazing view to enoy. We could not of asked for better ! Convienient location to beach and restaurants. Look forward to our next opportunity to stay there again.

Amazing Condo!

This condo was great! I have read other reviews that state the pictures do not do it justice and they are right! It is huge! We had two adults and four kids and PLENTY of room. The condo was clean and luxurious. You are right in the middle of the action of Clearwater Beach, but inside the condo is quiet and peaceful. The master bathroom was incredible. I wanted to bring it home with me. Our very first day we watched dolphins swimming in the water right off the back of our porch. My fiance and our kids loved fishing off the dock in the back of the property and we caught tons of fish. The pool was great. The beach can be a little bit of a walk if you have a bunch of kids and chairs, towels, etc. to carry and parking can be expensive. The pier is about a 15 minute walk from the condo and is lots of fun at night. They have free movies on Friday and Saturday nights and vendors selling unique gifts every night along with street performers. My step-daughter and I walked down almost every night. We went to the Clearwater Aquarium one morning where the dolphin Winter (From A Dolphin Tale) lives. The kids loved seeing the dolphin from the movie, but it was a bit overpriced for what it was. Andrea and Peter were absolutely great. They were prompt and responsive and I received my deposit back very quickly. And the condo had absolutely everything you would ever need including extra pillows, sheets, blankets, kitchen items, TONS of towels (which is good for how much we were in the water and the number of kids we have) - they even had spare phone chargers! We will definitely look into staying here again if we come back to Clearwater Beach. Thank you for making our family vacation fantastic!

The condo is in a nice location. The beach was only a short walk and the view off the patio was beautiful. Ther are several very nice restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Clear Sky. The food was outstanding, the service was fast and prices were reasonable. The photos in the ad does not do the condo justice. It is much nicer then it appears in the ad. The property and condo is well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was 6 in our group and 3 baths really helped. The owners were very nice, polite and helpful. They responded quickly to all of my questions. I will highly recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

Great condo on Clearwater Beach

It was a great condo with all of the things you need for a vacation. I stayed with my husband and 3 children under 5. They had a highchair and portocrib available as well as anything else that you could need for the beach or pool. It is beautiful and spatious. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach.

I almost want to be selfish and keep this place a secret. The pics on here don't do it justice. It is SUPER clean, modern, HUGE, awesome balcony with a bay view, kitchen has everything you would need, all 3 bathrooms very comfortable, all you need for the beach I MEAN EVERYTHING is here. On the last night of our stay my sister drove in with my nephew, and spent the night. I was getting the sofa ready when my husband found air mattresses with the pump!! Needed a hair dryer and magically there it was.. 2 of them. Table games, cards, flat screen tvs in all the bedrooms. It was so nice coming back to this place and finding yourself sitting in the balcony having a cold drink after a day at the beach. the owners have thought of every single detail to make your stay a PERFECT one. It is the perfect location. We brought our bikes and used them to ride up to the marina (go see Capt Mike, for tubing, super fun) to the beach, to the many restaurants and bars that are within walking distance, pier 60 where you have a covered playground for the little ones and entertainment at dawn. The owner checked on us when we arrive to make sure all was ok. The only thing I would change is to stay longer than 1 week when we return. Thank you for everything Andrea, we will be back very soon. :)

Perfect Location!

I am sitting here writing this review on the deck of this wonderful condo. We have been here 8 days and all have been perfect beach days. Today however it is raining a bit so we are sitting on our covered balcony looking at the view when all of a sudden a dolphin began feeding just below the deck. It was an incredible sight to see a dolphin so close! This was not the first time we had seen dolphins from the balcony, most days we saw them but never this close! This condo is so spacious and comfortable we never want to leave. Everything you need is here, even beach chairs and sand toys. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are incredible and everything is very clean. There are even beach towels. This is our second year staying here and I would not stay anywhere else. The location is great, short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. We only used our car to go to the grocery store which is very close too. The pictures of this condo are exactly as the condo really is however, they don't really do it justice as I think it is even better! I would certainly recommend this beautiful condo. We enjoyed mini golf just across the street as well as The Gondelier Restaraunt and Frenchy's South Beach.

This condo was beautiful and amazing! We could not have found a better place to stay in Clearwater. I had never been to Clearwater before so I was skeptical about everything and our trip turned out wonderful. The condo was very nicely decorated and so clean! I have to say my family and I have very expensive taste and this condo exceeded our expectations. The location is wonderful because you can walk to everything and the view of the bay out front is beautiful. Everything was so nice even down to the towels that smelled so good :) We will definitely look to stay here again if we go back.

This was a great find. I was born and raised in Clearwater but had to resort to renting condo's when visiting home. Our family had a great week sharing this place with my in-laws. Very spacious, reasonably priced with owners that are very hospitable! Don't think twice about renting this condo. See for yourself. We are looking at going back in June for another week.

We just returned from our second Clearwater Beach vacation, our first stay in this condo. The description of the property is exactly what you find... and more! Beautiful, comfortable and everything first rate. We enjoyed the family games when we weren't at the beach, on the balcony watching the dolpins right under our nose or checking out the local restaurants, minature golf and shops all within walking distance. Andrea was wonderful to work with. Cannot wait to retire so we can stay longer!

We recently stayed at this unit for a family vacation. It was outstanding! The listing description was accurate and the photos are accurate... but I would have to say that every room was even more welcoming and attractive than the pictures. The owners were very kind and helpful. They answered lots of questions before we arrived and they provided great suggestions for getting around in the area. I would gladly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future. The condo is very clean, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Great beaches right across the street, jet skis and parasailing also readily available and tons of restaurants and shops.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The building was perfectly maintained and landscaped beautifully. The pool was clean and quiet. The unit was stylishly decorated (prompting my family to demand we remodel our home kitchen!) and it had all of the amenities we could have wanted. The short walk to the beach allowed us to come back for lunch each day and then return to our umbrella for the afternoon. The view from the balcony is just fantastic. It feels like a private hide-away, protected from the hustle and bustle of the beach. We went to both of the resorts across the street, one to rent jet skis (highly recommend) and one for a beachfront dinner with mountains of crab legs and live music. The owners of this unit were a pleasure to work with. We would love to visit again. Thank you!

I would recommend Peter and Andrea's condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in Clearwater. The condo is very well maintained and has all the comforts of home and more. It is within walking distance to almost anything you want to do, beaches, restaurants, activities, nightlife. It was amazing watching the dolphins swim by as you had your morning coffee on the balcony and the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. I would diffinitely rent this condo again on my next trip to Clearwater.

Fantastic Stay in Clearwater Beach!

My family and I just returned from a week long stay at Peter and Andrea's condo in Clearwater Beach, and I simply cannot say enough about our time spent there! It was extremely spacious, wonderfully decorated, and unbelievably clean! It was wonderful to wake up every day to sit on the balcony and enjoy our coffee. Our four year old also loved the place, especially because of the jetted tub, and the short walking distance to the beach! It was also nice because she had plenty of televisions to pick from when wanting to watch cartoons, and it didn't interfere with anyone else. We also so dolphins from the balcony which was a huge hit with everyone! There is a gas station right across the street and a Walgreens about half a block down if anything was needed quickly. There's also a miniature golf course next to the gas station if you like to play. The beachwalk is a HUGE plus, and the pier area (especially the playground) was very popular with us. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. If you're going to stay in Clearwater Beach this is a perfect place. Andrea and Peter have been wonderful, and very quick to respond to any questions we have had. They also sent me two very detailed emails telling us EVERYTHING we needed to know before we arrived, so I not once needed to make a phone call to them asking questions. Thanks again Andrea and Peter, you're place is AMAZING!!!

This was a great condo! It is spacious and beautiful. It was more than I expected. Our party of six had plenty of room, which made for an extremely relaxing stay. We watched dolphins in the intercoastal from our balcony almost every day. The appliances were excellent, which makes staying there easy for mom. The boys all loved the flat screen HD TVs. Only a short walk to the beach - where we had beautiful weather. I highly recommend this unit.

What a wonderful place! The photos do not do it justice. It is much more beautiful in person. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The location is great. the beach is on one side and the nightclubs across the way but once inside the condo you can't hear the outside noise which was great for bedtime. The many shops in the area make it fun to get gifts for the family. We got to watch the dolphins while seating on the balcony. You can walk to everything you want to do or see and when you go to the Phillies game there are plenty of cabs in the area to take you. There are several boat cruises you can go on. We enjoyed the evening cruises and have a fantastic time watching the sunset in the Gulf. We truly enjoyed our month in Clearwater Beach. I highly recommend the Bay Harbor Condos and am looking forward to another vacation there.

This was our first visit to Clearwater, my family and I had a great trip! The condo was beautiful,well maintained and had all the comforts of home and then some. The condo was in a great location. A quick walk to the beach and the great Clearwater nightlife, but once you were inside the condo was quiet and peaceful. We saw dolphins and even a manatee while enjoying the view from the balcony. I have a boy and a girl, that for 7 days were not fighting over the tv or who was spending too much time in the bathroom.The condo was a true home away from home. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future.

My family and I had a great vacation. Everything truly met our expectations. The condo was even better in person, it was very clean and well maintained. We had dolphins right under our balcony everyday. It rained for the first 3 days that we were there but it helped to have such a nice place to stay. We are definetly looking forward to visiting again in the near future. I would recommend this condo, the owners were friendly and the price was reasonable. Thanks for a great vacation!
