A very elegant home. Very well maintained. Beautiful views and a very nice adjacent park with trails to walk. It is well equipped and well furnished. It is in a suburb of Victoria, but it is very accessible to all of south Vancover island. Very quiet. Good for families.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We had an amazing stay here in July 2011. It was stressful time for our family, but this home made us feel relaxed and at ease. The owners are very friendly and great with communication. It's absolutely spotless, well maintained and has everything you need, plus more. It also has lovely furnishings and a wonderful kitchen to entertain and cook in. It's a great home for children as there are endless things to keep them occupied. The full functioning office came in handy for a couple business related things we needed to take care of. Gorgeous location with beach access right there! We fell asleep to the sound of waves on the beach every night. Just fantastic!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Three generations of our family delighted in our stay at this gorgeous family home. It is a romantic seaside retreat with entertaining distractions for all ages. The grandchildren loved jumping on the trampoline and scouring the beaches for sea glass and shells. Their parents enjoyed cooking together in the fantastic kitchen and then relaxing in the home theatre room after the children were asleep in their kid-friendly room. The grandparents enjoyed the comfort and beauty of this welcoming home with spectacular views from every window. Everything was better than we expected, fresh and new and in excellent taste. Victoria, too, has much to offer, IF you can pull yourself away from this home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Close to everything, yet feels like you're miles away. Love the three beaches just steps from the back yard. The views are incredible. Kayak and paddle surf right off the beach. The wildlife is amazing (eagles, birds, deer, sea otters). It's very bright, southeast facing.
