  Everything was fabulous. Enjoyed our stay. Considering again for next year. By far the best house we have stayed in on the Cape. A lovely home and will definately be back. Overall great place.

  Our family rented this home in June and we were so pleased with the experience that we felt we had to share. We were impressed with the views from all three decks, the functional layout and the close proximity to the beach. Each of the bedrooms was spacious with its own bath. The master suite even had its own sun porch! The house was extremely well maintained and beautifully decorated. We loved the large first floor screened in porch - our family would sit out there each evening, enjoying the views. The owners provided so many small extras that really made our vacation special. The kitchen was well stocked with every accessory and appliance you could imagine and the owners even left a supply of puzzles, games, dvds and books to keep us entertained on lazy afternoons when we had too much sun. We can't wait to go back!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My Husband our four kids (ages 9,5,4 &4), my parents and my husbands aunt and I all stayed in this house last week and had a blast! We loved the layout of the house. Each large bedroom had it's own large bathroom and there was a half bathroom on the main living level. It was very nice not having to wait to take a shower, to use the bathroom or to have to worry about moving your things out of other people's way. The house was beautifully decorated. We all commented often on how great the house and the accessories were pulled together. The views from this house are amazing! I don't think the picture of the gulf on this website does this house justice. The top two decks had breathtaking views. We got so many good pictures. The house is very very close to the beach without paying the on the beach price. We are kinda picky people and there was not one negative thing we could find wrong with the house at least not until I would get to the main level and realized that I had left something on the top level and would have to go back up the stairs, but I think we all came back in better shape then when we left! We had a crew cab truck, a large suv, a mid size suv and all of them fit under the house out of the sun and rain. We could have easily had another vehicle under the carport. We noticed that a lot of the other houses would not have been able to accommodate all of our vehicles being protected from the weather. In my opinion the house is just perfectly located in the best spot in Cape San Blas. It is very close to everything with wonderful unobstructed views. Rent this house and you will NOT regret it. I would just like to thank the owner for sharing her beautiful house with our family and at such a great price.
