This unit is strategically located in the front center of G S Surf and Racquet Club Building on the 3rd floor - perfect view of the Ocean from the front view. Has gorgeous view of the tropical pool and the Lagoon off the patio balcony. Perfect for watching the children below or sipping a cold drink while relaxing.
Everything in the unit you could possibly need to set up housekeeping. All linens and towels are furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped - dishes; pots and pans; silverware; coffee pot; toaster; blender; etc. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush!
For your use are charcoal grills and a party pavilion. Other amenities are the kiddie pool, hot tub, boat ramps, shuffleboard, putting green and driving range, and two well lit tennis courts provided for guests. You have two private piers with boat slips and decks. One of these piers has a fish cleaning facility. Even if you don't fish, it is great to sit on the seating provided on the piers and watch the beautiful sun set. 'What a picture!'
All your seafood restaurants, surf shops, clothing outlets, miniature golf, signature golf courses, movie theaters, amusement parks, water activities, etc. are just a skip away. Endless things to do for kids, adults, and young at heart.
Come stay and you will have a wonderful time at a great rate. If your dates are booked, I have another great unit at same high rise among other beach rentals. Please email or call owner for recommendations.
