Coconut Bay - Grand Cayman is perfect for a family vacation, a water sports action adventure or a romantic escape. This is a recently built, beautifully appointed, three story 2330 square feet , three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, luxury townhouse. Built in a traditional Caymanian style, the house is situated on an upscale oceanfront development on the beautiful North West Point.
The house is one of only 26 in the complex. Set amongst lush tropical landscaping, you will find two fine swimming pools and a jacuzzi, together with gazebos to provide cool shade from the afternoon sun. The house provides spacious accommodations for up to six guests. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms (plus a downstairs rest room), twin zone central air, ceiling fans, luxurious open plan living and dining areas and lanai.We have extra full size beds available if you wish to squeeze a few extra people in the condo and these can be put in the large top floor bedroom.

Similar layout as existing house and amenities (3 BED 3.5 BATH) with different decor.the complex is perfectly situated for the avid diver and snorkeler with easy access to the water and only a short swim to two of the islands top dive sites.All rental gear and tanks are available on the complex and we have a instructor onsite for residents.We are a short walk from boatswains beach and the turtlefarm and the new dolphin discovery.we have a discount program with stingray watersports for diving and snorkel trips .

We just returned from a 9 day stay and had a great time! The condo and pool area looked just as they didi in the photos. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved Duncan's recommendations - Timbuktu (family friendly prices and large portions) and Calypso Grill (for a special night out) were our favorites. We also loved the bar/grill behind the Cracked Conch just down the road. They have a great fish & chips basket. Daily snorkeling, hanging out on the beach and relaxing by the pool are nice ways to spend a day! We had an amazing time and hope to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Fantastic! my family and couple of friends returned from a great week in Jan, our host Duncan was always available for questions and spot on with recommendations. The condo, with all the amenities, was bright, clean, and very comfortable, kids even started to call it home. Quiet during the days and nights (I guess the roosters didn't get the memo) Close to great restaurants, groceries, and the beach, with a great snorkel/dive sight in the front yard. All are looking forward to returning. Thanx Duncan had a great time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Had 2 superb weeks in March, had a great time diving and sightseeing. Wonderful restaurant next door with great views at sunset. Great dive operation next door - Dive Tech. Try the following restaurants - Calypso Grill, Regazzi, Papagallos and Bamboo on a Friday night. Condo was great - clean, everything worked and well equiped. I am an avid diver who used to visit cayman 2-3 times a year from 1995 onwards and hepps wall was my favorite divesite and then a very kind developer built Coconutbay just by the divesite so it was a logical buy and i have been very happy eversince.I enjoyed my stays so much i now live on the complex fulltime and own and operate a dive company here in cayman
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The best shore diving and snorkeling in cayman.this is where the outer reef comes closest to shore on the whole island.massive amount of fish life compared to other dive sites.Guests are close to sevenmile beach but have the privacy of a private complex which is mainly owned by overseas
people and is never crowded.we are one of the few complex's with 2 large pools.
