The FairHaven Classic was the perfect solution to our problem of where to stay for a family wedding in Bellingham. There were 5 adults and a 3 month old traveling from Chicago and Boston. The cost of 4 hotel rooms would have been quite expensive for 4 nights. Plus the added challenge of caring for a 3 month old. We were able to relax; save a few dollars by cooking a few meals rather than eating out; and enjoy some real family time that separate hotel rooms wouldn't have allowed. Thank you!

The Fairhaven Classic is a most wonderful vacation rental and place to stay. Charming and cozy from the hardwoods down to the fixtures in the kitchen. It was hard not to feel immediately comfortable and at home. Only blocks away from the streets of Fairhaven, you can walk anywhere for coffee, shopping and groceries. Easy access to the boardwalk and lovely scenic views. Amy was very accommodating with the needs of our group, which made our stay all the more wonderful! All members of our party (5) agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect location, lovely space, it really can't be beat!

Our book group of six recently stayed at the Fairhaven Classic and had a marvelous time. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and the owner very accommodating. Our group likes to cook and we found the kitchen well equipped. There is also a large private yard we could relax in. It was so nice to be able to just walk to Fairhaven, which is such a cute little town with nifty shops (including a great bookstore!) and friendly people. We even took a Dirty Dan tour, which was most interesting, to learn about the history of the area. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We stayed in this house for WWU graduation weekend. We walked to Tony's Coffee in Fairhaven every morning. the beds were very comfortable, I wish we had found this when we started at Western, we would have come up every year!

The home was perfect for our group of 7. Everyone had plenty of room and the weather was amazing so we got to enjoy the deck and back yard as well. The home had everything we needed for the trip. Whether you want to park your car for your entire stay or get out and explore the Bellingham area this house will fit your needs. We are already planning our next trip back.

All five women in our group enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this charming older home. There was ample comfortable sleeping space (we all appreciated separate beds since we also used the pull-out couch). The bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of big bath towels provided, lots of hot water for five showers in the mornings and a cozy little living room area with a very modern TV where we enjoyed each other's company and the semi finals of Dancing with the Stars!! It felt like we were reliving our University dorm experiences. The other wonderful thing about this home is its proximity to all the amenities of Fairhaven - the restaurants, bookstore, coffee shops and lovely little specialty stores. We wish we had had more time! I would definitely recommend this place for families or groups who need a home away from home.

The Fairhaven Classic was great. We had a wonderful time in this cute home close to downtown Fairhaven. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings clean and well maintained and the yard spacious. There was plenty of space to hang out as a family of friends while we visited our Western Washington University student. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it. If you are traveling with a group, it was much cheaper and more comfortable than a regular hotel room. The dogs enjoyed it too!

We fell in love with Fairhaven many years ago. The neighborhood has a European atmosphere with outdoor cafes, bookstores, courtyards, art galleries, local artists, quaint specialty shops and restaurants. It is truly one of the hidden gems of the Pacific Northwest!
