Four bedroom house located within 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach. Nice sandy beach to play beach volleyball, surfing, beach bathing. Many amusements close by including water slide, miniature golf, go-carts, movie theaters, bike rental shop, fishing shop, restaurants and shopping boutiques--all within easy walking distance. Golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, parasailing all near by.

This rental is in a fantastic location in the heart of Fenwick...short block(s) to waterparks, mini-golf, beach, restaurants and anything else you may need. The only time we drove our car was to visit neighbouring towns. Owners were fantastic and very responsive. House is well-kept and neat. Simple, but everything we needed. The layout worked very well for us. Great location for families with school-age kids, but those with younger ones will want to watch the spiral staircase...beautiful and unusual feature, but would be challenging for toddlers. Highly recommend this rental and my kids cannot wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: Vacation home for family. James, an engineer by profession and Kitty a psychotherapist with two children-- son living and working in China, daughter away at college. We have wonderful times relaxing and enjoying a respite from city jobs. This home is ideal for a family getaway that also is accessible to many fun activities, if you choose.
Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island:
Close to Washington DC and easy day commute from the city. A quiet, clean beach with wonderful sand.
