  This cabin was great, the fireplace added to it wonderfully!! The owner was very knowledgeable in knowing the distance that I was asking in regards to how far from the place I needed to go. Property was very clean, I would recommend this cabin. Hatfield's & McCoy Dinner Show was great as was the Christmas Spectacular at the Opry, Wonderworks and the Titanic are very close by and are wonderful as well.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We used the Cherokee Lodge for a couples retreat for my husband, myself and 2 other couples. The cabin fit most of our basic needs, but is lacking in the area of cleanliness. From the moment you enter the front door, you are greeted by spider webs and spiders throughout the cabin. Trash was left under beds and in a couple of rooms and the sheets in the downstairs bedroom had not been washed, a clump of hair was found when we checked in. The air hockey table does not put out enough air to actually play on it and the door to the master bath does not open and close. If you want to do any cooking, you should consider bringing your own pans. The pans in the cabin are very worn and are hard to cook things like eggs on. More than half of the lights in the kitchen did not work, which you will either find annoying or romantic.If you plan on using the futon for anyone to sleep on, you should reconsider because it is clearly broken in the middle.Make sure you bring your own garbage bags because there were not any extra in the cabin. The cabin is located close to the parkway, so you are just minutes from shopping or attractions. We have stayed in other cabins in the Pigeon Forge area, and this would not be one that I would recommend to friends or family.

  The cabin is great. We just stayed their (Nov 11- 14) and took 7. We all had our "own Space" and everyone had fun. The cabin is in a perfect location and is easy to find. My husband & I took our daughter and her little 2 yr old daughter, my husbands mom who is 81, and my elderly Aunt and Uncle. Cabin was perfect. They all enjoyed the swing on the front porch and enjoyed the rockers too. I was able to cook a big breakfast each morning and plenty of room for us all to sit at the table. This cabin is very easy to find and is close to the green roof outlets. Thanks for sharing your cabin. We definately will be staying there (if available) for our yearly trips to the mountains.

  We stayed 2 nights in the cabin and it was everything and more than we expected. It was very clean and well maintained, other than the coffee pot didn't work. We were minutes away from all attractions and places of tourism in the area. Great family time and plan to return in the near future. Thanks to the Cline family for allowing us to stay at their beautiful cabin.

  Our family of 9 stayed at the Cherokee Lodge in Sevierville, Tn July 9-13. We have 3 boys (ages 10, 6, and 3) that get quite rambunctious and excited about vacation. The Cherokee Lodge was perfect for our family. There are 3 levels with complete bedrooms on each floor. There was plenty of privacy and amenities. We love being together, but also need our time apart, so when things got tight, we all just went to our respective places. The porches on every level with rocking chairs was perfect and the hot tub was so relaxing. The whole family had a blast. Mr. Cline was so easy to work with and answered any and all questions we had. He also made us feel right at home by following up on our trip and giving detailed directions and instructions. We visited the resort office and the clerk was friendly and glad to help. The resort pool, tennis court, and volley ball court were all close by and kid friendly. We even met some of the full-time neighbors and were welcomed and invited to a fish fry! If your looking for a quiet place with access to all the tourist sites and amenities, Cherokee Lodge is definitely the place!

Rental Rules* ADDRESS: 1110 Junaluska Way, Sevierville, TN 37876. Phone: 865-774-3594 CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECKOUT is 11 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This is a NON SMOKING unit. PETS - PETS are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $0 upon acceptance of rental agreement. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation. • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • Unit is left locked upon departure. • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. • NO early check-in or late checkout. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community. CANCELLATIONS – CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) person(s). An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to Eight (8) will be assessed. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. PARKING – PARKING – Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. HOT TUB – No children under the age of 16 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. FIREPLACES – The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplaces are turned off from May 1-October 1; they are not operational during this time of the year. STORM POLICY– STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Paved drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
