  My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Charleston. At first, I wondered how it would be to stay in Mt. Pleasant instead of in Charleston itself, but turns out the townhome location was perfect. It was close to tons of great restaurants and only a few minutes drive into Charleston. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the townhome was well equiped and comfortable. My only regret was that we should have planned a longer trip. There is so much to do and see in the area that we will be coming back. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

  Thank you so much for opening your home to our family this past week! This condo was just right for my family of four, which includes a 7-year-old and 21-month-old. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. It was the perfect amount of space and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable, too! Kathy and Steve have thought of EVERYTHING, including stocking the kitchen with the little odds and ends that are a pain to pack and/or buy when you get to your destination (coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, etc). We were also pleasantly surprised to find toddler dishes in the cabinets and plenty of plush towels upstairs for baths. It definitely felt like home. When we arrived, we were greeted with a plate of patriotic brownies and a nice bottle of wine. Shortly after that, we got a knock on the door from one of the owners' friends, who was delivering a baby gate to protect our adventurous son from the stairs! The little courtyard and fish pond are very cute, and we all enjoyed the screened porch... kids ate ice cream out there, and I spent my mornings/nights there relaxing with a book and coffee/wine. The neighborhood's pool wasn't the greatest, but that's my only (small) complaint. We spent our water time at the beach on Isle of Palms and a nearby water park anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The location is great.... just 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 to downtown Charleston. I would definitely recommend this place and I know where we're staying the next time we're in town!

  We had a fabulous time in the Mt. Pleasant area during our stay at the townhome. The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked with lots of items. Felt like home away from home. Townhome is in a safe friendly community. Was so nice to bring our doggie along. We were close to everything (shopping, restaurants/bars, groceries, beach) but not in the "busyness" of it all. Was fantastic with the children too! Thankyou again.

  THANK YOU FOR LETTING US STAY IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOUSE. WE WERE IMPRESSED FROM THE TIME WE WALKED THROUGH THE GATE. THE BROWNIES AND WINE WAITING FOR US WHEN WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR WERE A WELCOME TREAT! THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE WEEK. WE ENJOUYED TAKING THE DOGS OUT TO PITT STREET BRIDGE EACH MORNING AND SOM EVENINGS. WE ALSO ENJOYED HOW CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND POOL WE HAVE BEEN , CONSIDERING THE HEAT WAVE EARLIER IN THE WEEK.   FROM ARRIVING AT BACK GATE, ENTERING A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN, INTO HOUSE AND THE TREATS, WINE AND THE "REAL SHOCK" OF ALL THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDED!!! WAS GREAT AND GENEROUS OF YOU. YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOUSE ,COMFORTABLE AND VERY TASTFULLY DECORATED PROVIDED A SERENE AND GREATLY SETTLED HOUSE SPIRIT FOR US TO RELAX , FEEL AT HOME AND ENJOY. THE AREA IS PERFECT FOR FAMILY. LOTS OF PLACES WITHIN BIKING DISTANCE , WALKING IN THE AREA WAS PEACEFUL AND FELT SAFE. THANK YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH. ALSO GOT LOTS OF FRESH GOODIES AT FARMERS MARKET ON TUES.
