Personally, we would not stay here again. The owner was not welcoming at all and offered a horrible first impression of Paris. Although we arrived only 15 minutes earlier than asked to, the owner was rude and immediately said "your early", not "hello, how are you? welcome to Paris". Not only that, the apt was not clean and had a weird smell. We couldn't leave to find other accommodations because we were new to the area and didn't have internet or phone access just yet. We tried to make the best of it and asked a few questions about the apt and the area, and was answered "You should've asked this before booking", RUDE! You really do get what you pay for, so if you don't care much about courtesy and cleanliness, by all means stay here but be sure to ask all your question beforehand. Otherwise, don't!
