WE had such a good time during our stay...the house its well kept and surpassed our expectations...having the option to grill in the backyard was alittle iffy at first because e didn't know if the other family staying wanted to use it but with two grills available it made everything more comfortable and we still experienced a private family oriented dinner outside which is important to us...we loved being close to all the attractions and made life allot easier traveling with our young child...the landlord is very accommodating and personable..we would live to stay again in the future!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nice place with updated bathroom and newer section in the kitchen, good for parents with a couple of children. It really only sleeps 4 unless you bring an air mattress. No surprises on arrival, the pictures accurately show you the apartment. You can't tell from the outside picture though, the houses in this section of town are close together. The walk to the boardwalk is easy. It is a VERY wide beach here so the walk to the water is farther than you expect. There was plenty for the teenagers to do even on our 1 rainy day. All my questions were answered promptly by the owner.Recommended for: Families with young children.
