Come and enjoy our premium 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condominium at Trademark Winter Park, located 1/4 mile from the Zephyr chair-lift at the base of the Winter Park Ski area on the banks of the Frazier River. During the ski season, there is a shuttle bus which runs every few minutes to take you to world class skiing.

This delux, two-level condominium includes a large master suite with king-sized bed and a steam shower, two additional bedrooms that each have queen-sized beds with private, full baths, and a cozy bunk room with a single-double combo bunk. A Queen sleeper sofa is located in the spacious living room, and 4 cots are available for extra sleeping. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are combined within a spacious "great room" with a cozy gas fireplace where you can enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river flowing outside your window.

The heated garage and covered parking area has room for two vehicles. Additional parking is available next to the building. Skis and equipment can also be stored in the easy access garage.

Just steps from your door, enjoy four season access to the famous Frazier River Trail. Hike, bike, blade, ski or just enjoy the natural serenity. Our condo provides entrée to abundant recreational opportunities throughout the Frazier Valley.

Our unit is priced to rent – check the competition at Trademark. Ninety minutes from Denver, 45 from Rocky Mountain National Park. Great space and good value.

Our group of 11 stayed at this unit during Spring Break 2011. The unit was clean and well maintained , and we were impressed by the spaciousness and beautiful view of the slopes and snow-covered trees outside the living room windows. Beds were comfy and two kids slept on the nice cots with foam cushions. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer, especially with kids and a baby. The kitchen was well equipped with nice cookware, dishes and utensils, including a large electric skillet and Belgium waffle maker. Shuttle was VERY convenient. It picked us up just down from Trademark and dropped us off at Trademark entrance. We were able to come in for lunch every day and never waited for the bus more than five minutes. We had no trouble with access to the heated garage or the front door. The garage numeric keypad allowed for keyless entry. It was nice to leave skis and boots in a heated environment and to have a warm garage to load and unload. We could not use the outdoor grill because it was out of gas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. We would recommend this unit to others.

Inexpensive for a reason

We stayed here with another family Jan. 2011. From beginning of stay there were problems, the door lock would not work and it took 30 minutes to get a hold of someone to tell us how to get in the condo (after driving 14 hours). The next day the maintenance guy came to fix the door and he broke it even more and tried to repair it with electrical tape, which lasted for 5 minutes and handle parts were on order . Needless to say we had to have someone stay there everyday and take turns because the front door handle would not work. All the management company could say was they were sorry. Also, the lock to the garage door did not work and we were unable to park in the garage. This was not a pleasant place to stay. Finally two days after we returned we had one of the owners call and say we smoked in the condo, funny thing was not only do we not smoke we both have son's with Athsma and one using a nebulizer every night. I would not recommend this place unless you want to loose ski time and headaches.

Owner response:Front door knob and lock have been replaced, they're brand spanking new. There's an electric code lock on the garage door, also new. And uhm...we still don't allow smoking in our condo.
