HAPPYOURS is our beautiful tropical single storey villa which is located in the quiet residential area of PALMA SOLA, BRADENTON, close to ANNA MARIA ISLAND and it’s idyllic fine white sand beaches. From there it’s a straight drive down the island gulf coast road through BRADENTON BEACH and COQUINA beach to LONGBOAT KEY and ST. ARMAND’S CIRCLE and then through SARASOTA to SIESTA KEY beaches. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the PALMA SOLA BAY beaches and the same distance to supermarkets, medical centre, post office, banks and other local amenities.
The whole area is full of all types of restaurants to accommodate all tastes and pockets.
Nearby in the same neighborhood are the historic DE SOTO NATIONAL PARK with its beautiful river and bay view walks and picturesque ROBINSON’S NATURE PRESERVE where you can walk, cycle or kayak.
This expansive home is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard with a light and airy beachy theme throughout.
There are two lounge areas, one front and one rear of house, both have comfy seating for 8 people with one being a family room with TV & DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern up to date cabinets, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave and many extra small appliances. The kitchen opens into the dining area where there is a large extendable dining table which comfortably seats 8 people. From the dining room is access to the garage which contains the washer and dryer area.
The family room accesses the screened in pool area with sunbathing area and grill, and also accesses the large Florida room with further dining and relaxing area. There is also pool access from the Florida room.
Sleeping areas consist of 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with a California king size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with full/double bed and 4th bedroom with twin beds.
There is a full tiled bathroom and a fully tiled shower room.
Outside the large rear yard is private and fence

Although there is so much to see and do locally, HAPPY OURS is ideally situated for discovering the bay area.
St PETERSBURG and TAMPA are only a short distance over the Skyway Bridge to the north and SARASOTA leading to VENICE and even NAPLES and the EVERGLADES to the South.
BUSCH GARDENS is only 40 miles away whilst the theme parks of DISNEY and UNIVERSAL are less than a 2 hour drive away.
There are numerous golf courses throughout BRADENTON and the surrounding areas.

HAPPY OURS BRADENTON, FLORIDA’S GULF COAST TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Company will hold this until after your departure. Our agent will check the house at the end of your stay for any damage and also that the keys have been returned. Following these checks your bond will be returned to you by mail. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you decide to cancel, the following terms apply. • After booking confirmation – Deposit. • More than one calendar month before arrival date – 50% of total cost. • Less than one calendar month before arrival date – 100% of total cost. 3. The lead person accepts all the conditions of behalf of all the members of the party 4. Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property. 5. The house is available on the day of arrival from 3.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. 6. Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool at all times. Please ensure that NO DIVING takes place into the pool and if there are children in your party we advise you that the security fence should be used at all times. Glass or breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or garden area. 7. Furniture must not be removed from the house to the pool or garden area. 8. Please refer to the house file provided for further information. 9. The owner accepts no liability or responsibility should you or any members of your party suffer death, injury or illness during your occupation of the property. It is strongly recommended that ALL clients obtain travel insurance offering adequate protection against the majority of incidents that could spoil your vacation.
