  We spent a nice weekend away for Halloween on the recomendation of a freind. Simply a beutiful spot, and we cannot wait to go again. Everything was close, yet, the home made us feel like we were the only ones on the island!

  Gorgeous home with all the emmenities - clean and comfortable. Golf courses were abundant and easy to access. Restaurants for everyone - fun time for all. look forward to going back. Plenty of room for the whole family - loved the bikes! Thanks Matt

  Just had a wonderful week long stay on Sanibel Island. This vacation home exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic vacation. It had everything we needed as well as spectacular views and easy access to the beach. The entire family had a great time!

  Wow! This was the perfect house to get away to! Everything we needed was right there for us, and if we couldn't find what we needed the owner Matt was just a phone call away. Beautiful house, great location, can't wait to go back! We would recommend this to everyone!

  This is one of the places that we love most. So charming, romantic and elegant. You feel in heaven when you are here. Everywhere smells so good. Is the ideal place in which you can relax and forget everything else. It is a paradise in Sanibel, an oasis of well-being. we have been 2 times in the last few years and we hope to return back soon...

  Thanks so much for an outstanding trip. Everthing you said was true, WHAT A PERFECT LOCATION! We barely used our car. Looking forward to coming back next year, maybe for longer. Kids could not have enjoyed the mosquito free pool area. One suggestion, dont change anything about it! And thnaks for the free internet, its so hard to find in Sanibel

  We just returned for 10 glorious days at this beautiful house and it was our family's best vacation ever. House is fantastic, pool and backyard perfect, and its a 5min walk from beach, tennis and golf. We slept 10 at the house, ranging in age from 2 to 74, and it never felt crowded. It would be perfect for smaller groups too. Highly highly recommended.
