The house comfortably sleeps 12 people and is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Awaiting you are palm lined beaches, quaint village shopping, top-name restaurants, cafes, the Oceanside Harbor where you can schedule a boat excursion , walking or jogging on the 3.5 miles of beautiful beaches and much more. There is a private patio complete with BBQ and furniture.
The house is located on the Strand, one of San Diego's unique jewels and attractions and close to the Amtrak, Coaster and Sprinter, Movie Theaters, Pier, and Harbor. Oceanside, CA has so much to offer from beautiful beaches, shopping, theme parks, dining and more!
The Rental Features:
This house comfortably sleeps 12 with five sleeping areas, all required linens, blankets and towels provided. There is a queen, three full beds, and a twin bed upstairs and three twin beds downstairs. 1 and 3/4 baths, dining area, living room, fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, full size washer and dryer and a private patio area for relaxation
- Living Room - Comfortable couches and plasma television with cable and a DVD player that plays music as well.
- There is parking space for up to three cars plus two parking permits for street parking for up to 72 hours on the street meters (guests must abide by city of Oceanside Street parking rules).
- The patio is private and perfect for relaxing on the patio furniture, BBQs, enjoying good food and good company, while listening to the ocean.
The house is walking distance to the Oceanside Harbor which has great restaurants, boats, kayak & Jet Ski rentals, and much more. In addition, Oceanside, CA is 30 minutes from the San Diego Airport, 15 minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes to the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, an hour from Disneyland.

Oceanside Harbor
Located at the north end of Oceanside, the Oceanside Harbor is the north most harbor in San Diego County. It has two sections; the southern section is a Meccca for sport fishing. Here you can ask for small commercial fishing fleet and water sports rentals. The north section has a dock with slips for the recreational boaters. The nearby Harbor Beach, some fine restaurants, picnic tables along with a Harbor Village with eateries, shops and a lighthouse combine a superb and enchanting experience for visitors.
Oceanside Pier
The historic Oceanside Pier is one of the longest wooden piers on the West Coast and it spans 1,942 feet. Open in 1987, it was the city’s sixth pier to be built. It offers a family style eatery Ruby’s Diner, fishing facilities and a marina located along the northwest border of the city. The pier is a recreational ground, a place where young and old; tourist and residents, fisherman and surfer can meet, mingle, stroll or just sit back and watch the sunset.

This location of this vacation home couldn't be better. Right between the pier and Oceanside Harbor and just off the strand. It's actually better than being right on the strand because you have privacy in this cool little cul de sac but are still on the water. We easily parked two SUV's right out front and fit another vehicle on the side. This is the perfect beach house for a relaxing vacation. Cassie was very accommodating and easy to work with. I'd recommend this home to anyone wanting a Southern California beach experience.

We shared this house with my sister-in-law's family (4 adults, 6 kids in all) and it was perfect! Plenty of rooms & beds. Sand toys and boogie boards in the back shed. Kitchen was well-equipped. Manager was friendly and obliging. The best part was the location! We were a 2 minute walk to a wonderful (and not overly crowded) beach. Not right on the beach, but set back just one street, which was ideal. The one down side is parking space. There's room to park in front of the house, but we had two suburbans. Fortunately, the neighbors offered to let us park in their lot (which I don't think is a common situation). Anyway, it worked out for us. If you're not bringing two huge SUVs, you could probably squeeze two small cars in front of the house. Loved our stay! Highly recommended!!

Just got home from a wonderful week in Oceanside Ca. This beach cottage was a great place for the family. Every inch of space is used for making our vacation experience so great. Everything worked great when we went to use it and never had to call up and complain the entire week. It has a nice size storage shed in the rear with beach chairs, flippers, sand toys, and all the grand kids put them to good use. Big flat screen tv in the family room was so nice with two big couches for great seating. The managers of this property are super to work with and are soooo nice. Just seconds to the beach.....
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
