As an alternative to cookie-cutter hotel accommodations the Loft is imaginatively furnished with imported carpets and textiles, and an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furniture. This luxurious, spacious Loft has its own idiosyncratic personality that includes a colorful selection of rotating artwork by local New York and Brooklyn artists. Architecturally designed and recently renovated, the decor includes red oak wood flooring, exposed brick walls and a contemporary kitchen with an island and bar stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed with a view to the south: the custom tiled bathroom has double vanity, a shower and tub, and a washer/ dryer. Amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning, internet ready flat screen TV, microwave, washing machine, ceiling fan, all linens and a full kitchen with dishwasher. The loft is located one flight up from the street. Smoking is not permitted.

As real 'foodies' and 'locavores' we can direct you to the best eats for the best price, from Farmer's Markets to 5 star restaurants, especially in our great Long Island City neighborhood. We personally renovated this apartment with love and sweat and an eye for design, elegance and charm.

You are in Manhattan in 5 minutes by subway or you can stay in the neighborhood, enjoy the countless hipster restaurants, art galleries, walk along the East River Park and see the glorious Manhattan skyline, or take the bus 5 minutes to ultra chill Greenpoint or Williamsburg Brooklyn for even more art galleries, restaurants, etc. The building is on a lovely, tree-lined quiet block. The subway is a one minute walk from the apartment.
