Casa de las Conchas is a deluxe villa situated on a spectacular white sand beach in South Akumal, only 1.2 miles south of Akumal Bay. With a gorgeous swimming pool overlooking the sensational Caribbean Sea, what more could you want for a vacation villa in Paradise?
The driveway gives way to a spectacular entrance, complete with lush gardens and pink bougainvillea. The ground floor of Conchas contains a large, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters. Either cook scrumptious meals yourselves, or hire a local woman to whip up a fabulous Mexican feast!
There is also a dining room and sunken lounge which features a pull out, queen sized sofa bed. Sliding glass doors lead out to the rear terrace where you will find a swimming pool, BBQ, and plenty of seating. Relax and enjoy a cocktail or two, or gather round the outdoor dining table for a dinner under the stars.
If you stroll on down to sand, you will get your first glimpse of the magnificent Caribbean Sea. There are two palapas on the beach with chairs and hammocks. Stretch out with your favorite book, or tap that perfect afternoon siesta Mexican style! There are also lounge chairs around the pool area and an outside table and chairs to have lunch around the pool.
This house is designed for absolute privacy and comfort. Two of the four bedrooms are actually full suites with their own living room, dining room and kitchen areas. Great for teenagers (or the in-laws!) The Master Suite is huge and has an enormous elegant bathroom done in marble with beautiful columns beside the entry into the Jacuzzi.
The villa is approximately 4,500 square feet interior and 2,000 square feet of decks and balconies, marble floors, central air conditioning, a Jacuzzi, a wet bar, and dramatic ceilings that feature twin brick domes. You will be welcomed with a complimentary gift basket and treated to 3 complimentary breakfasts during the week. Have a fondness for golf? Leave your clubs at home and use one of the 3 sets of RH golf clubs, left for guest's use. There is a golf course in Puerto Aventuras, only 10 mins drive north. Casa de las Conchas is situated on one of the prettiest bays on the Caribbean coast, providing incredible snorkeling and swimming. Until you’ve seen the sun rise over this bay, there’s something in life you’ve missed!!
