The luxurious end unit is within walking distance to River run Village and gondola lift, but away from the crowded and noisy village center. Each of the four bedrooms connects with its own private bath. The open floor plan features a hugh moss rock fireplace in the vaulted ceiling living room. The home also has an inviting dining room, and a complete gourmet kitchen with new, top-of-the-line appliances (SubZero, Wolf, Monogram convection oven, etc.) as well as beautiful granite countertops.

With over three decades of hospitality service in the mountains of Colorado this location had everything any traveler would want. (1) Clean, nicely decorated, updated quiet location. (2) Close to shopping. (3) Great summer location for hiking, biking and fabulous music at the base. (4) Close to Summit Stage for free transport around the County. (5) Excellent kitchen for a family dinner or steak on the grill while watching all the activity on the mountain. (6) Free gondola on Fridays for free music on the mountain (weather permitting) this summer starting around mid-June. (After the snow melts.) (7) Bring your camera because the passes are open in mid-June. Enjoy your stay at Bob's mountain getaway that is excellent for a weekend or longer stay. You won't find a better location for making day trips from except your camper and it doesn't have anywhere as much as Bob offers. ENJOY!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thanks so much for the quick turn around on getting our deposit check back. I just have to say you are the luckiest man I know!!! Your place is beautiful and we couldn’t have had a better stay. The rooms were incredible. Everyone loved taking showers. You have the best water pressure in your unit. We were so impressed with all the kitchen utensils and supplies. It made it so easy to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner right in the unit. We did enjoy our Pizza 101 night. It is truly incredible pizza and it was very inexpensive compared to everything else out there. The warming room in the garage was a nice little perk we didn’t expect. The kids loved the hot tub. We could never figure out the sauna but that was no big deal for us. The board games were also a huge hit. You have a wonderful selection, first time I’ve played the Game of Life with my kids in probably 10 yearsJ We loved making a fire every night to warm up after being in the cold all day. You definitely under sold the parking permitJ It’s steps to the Gondola at River Run. What an incredible extra you give to your lodgers!!! Finally, you have a wonderful cleaning crew in Rusty. She emailed me traffic report phone numbers and called twice on Sunday to let me know how the roads were on the way from Denver to Keystone. She found an iPod and some clothes and has mailed those back to us. She is an great extension to your wonderful place. We just loved it. My wife and I didn’t fare as well with the altitude but our friends had no problems and I’m sure you’ll be hearing from them again in the future for accommodations. My family had a great time. We have one hard core skier and the rest of us are one day and done and enjoyed it a lot. He’ll most likely be back with our friends!!! It’s beautiful country and the mountains are gorgeous. If it’s okay with you we will definitely be suggesting your beautiful home to our friends at home for future trips. We rented from Bob for 2 weeks July-Aug of 2012. We had a fabulous vacation and part of the reason was the house. It was spacious and comfortable. What was most surprising (and appreciated) was that it was stocked! So nice to not have to think about (and buy) salt/pepper/other spices and condiments. It was so nice to use what was there and we were happy to leave our contributions to the next guest (unopened cereal, etc). Anything you could possible need from crockpot to blender was in the kitchen. Most of all, Bob and his caretaker, Rusty, were FABULOUS to work with. Extremely responsive and pleasant. Definitely go above and beyond.They gave us suggestions of hiking trails and places to eat/go. We used the bikes that were available and were able to rent smaller ones easily for the kids (5 and 7). We're from Colorado and it was heaven being back there for 2 weeks this summer. Thank you Bob and Rusty! We'll definitely be back and are happy to recommend your condo to anyone. Sometimes photos can be deceiving. Not so with Enclave 4! Spacious and beautifully appointed, this was a delightful home away from home for us and seven family members over Christmas Week. This unit has been updated from new carpeting throughout to top of the line appliances in the kitchen to beautiful plush towels in the baths and more, including a variety of interesting artwork. Though not ski-in-and ski-out (and not priced as one!) the owner provided a parking pass that put us less than 100 yards from the River Run Gondola, and for the sleepers-in, it was only about a 10 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the personal touches that made it so comfortable and convenient. If I can organize another group (family or otherwise) that can use a unit of this size I will definitely be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family and I have rented many condos and townhomes in the last 30 years, as we enjoy finding new locations to relax and enjoy the Colorado mountains. However, once we found this property at the Enclave (almost 10 years ago now) we have returned every year. The townhouse is fabulous (well stocked, great appliances, new amenities), the location perfect (across the street from skiing and boarding, short drive to skating and snow shoeing), the accommodations are top notch and the owners are wonderful. We could not ask for more!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just got back from a fabulous ski vacation at Keystone. This townhome was exactly what we were looking for. We went with another family and had 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space, with a comfortable expansive layout and the gourmet kitchen was extremely well stocked. The house is close enough for an ambitious walk to the slopes but we utilized the townhome's parking pass for efficient nearly perfect slope side parking adjacent to the gondola (and kid's ski school). The house had internet, cable and a decent stereo for hanging out after a long day of skiing (as well as a huge hot tub and sauna). Best of all, the owner was extremely flexible and accomodating. He even went out of his way to leave some baby supplies for us. This was our first trip to Keystone. We loved the mountain and we loved the townhome. We will certainly rent it again if we get back there.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
