My wife and I stayed at the condo recently and our condo is replete with everything guests could ever want!! I also noticed HHI is so ALIVE. I noticed there are a few more new restaurants and construction is now on the RISE !! While I was there I made another improvement for our guests. There will be times when you're not out playing tennis, golfing, at the beach, at the pool or dining out. I looked around the condo and said to myself, 'I'm here, and how can I add vacation value for our guests ?' We added a new KEURIG, Magic Bullet and Wolfgang Puck Electric grill! I went out and purchased an amazing Sony Blu-Ray Internet Connected DVR for the living room and moved the other Sony DVR into the bedroom. The Sony Internet Connected DVR has an abundant of websites including Netflix, Amazon Movie on Demand, YouTube, Hula, Dr OZ and dozens others all streaming living to the high definition LCD Sony XBR TV. It's very easy to set up your Netflix account as I will provide instructions in your welcome packet. If you do not have an Netflix account I will activate my account just for you during your stay in our villa. Just let me know and I'll set you up. Stream from thousands of movies, documentaries and cable/TV series. It's a great DVR. Enjoy !! We recently booked 5 weeks this Spring/Summer and still have plenty of PRIME summer vacation weeks at the BEST price and BEST villa in town. Enjoy your Spring and Summer. Lovely place, it was very clean, quite and relaxing, never heard a sound anywhere while staying here. Very friendly owners, always willing to answer our crazy questions. Would book again!!!!! We had a great visit--loved the fact that it was all on one level because we have a senior dog. Property was clean and accurate to the description. Quiet and backs up to the golf course. Owner was very helpful with questions. Thanks for being a pet friendly property!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

What can I say! We had a wonderful time and found your Villa to be a "home away from home". Location and amenities were excellent. This was our 12th time with VRBO and 7th trip to HHI. We really appreciate what you have done to make your guests feel at home. Thank you for making this one one of our best trips.. Looking forward to a return trip in future. Thank you for sharing your unit. We stayed 6/25 through 7/1/11 and had a great time. All the extra amenities and supplies came in handy since I left a bag of goodies at home. The unit was very clean and was perfect for our 8 month old. Even had Netflix while our son took his afternoon nap.The owners were very quick to respond to my emails regarding any questions I had including obtaining a parking pass when we arrived and had difficulties. The owner immediately called Palmetto Dunes to get it straightened out. We are looking forward to our next HHI vacation. Plenty of room for a Pack n Play in the bedroom or the pull out couch.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We just returned from Hilton Head. We were very pleased with the villa. It was clean, well equipped and had some recent upgrades. We especially liked the two enclosed porches. We have been to Hilton Head numerous times. Palmetto Dunes is one of our favorite areas to stay on the island. It is in a central location and has a lot to offer. St. Andrews is a nice complex, with attractive well kept grounds, as well as a relaxing pool. The villa owners were great to work with and have a lot of knowledge about the island. We would highly recommend the area and the villa. Being pet friendly is a plus!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

This was our first time using VRBO for a vacation. We were looking for a place we could bring our small dog along with us. This property appealed to us because it allowed dogs, and also didn't require an additional pet fee. The owners were always very repsonsive as far as getting our rental agreement to us and answering questions about the property. When we arrived, the property was very clean and well stocked. Our friends staying in other units at Palmetto Dunes even commented on the "extras" in our condo and the large size of the condo for only being a one bedroom. We really enjoyed the two enclosed patios as they gave us extra space. This was our firsty stay in the area, and we will definitely rent here again! I highly recommend this property. It is in a great location on the island and in the Palmetto Dunes resort. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Thank you so much for providing us with a villa that MORE then lived up to what you described in your write-up. My wife and I travel extensively and have stayed in more places then I could begin to count and yours is one of the best! Your attention to detail by providing an amenity package "second to none" did not go unnoticed. For the family that travels infrequently and might forget one or two things, rest assured it probably was NOT overlooked by your hosts. We look forward to our next visit with you in June 2011! St Andrews has a beautiful array of trees and offers a truly superb pool and amazing atmosphere! It's an extremely well maintained and manicured community. Trust me, I pay the association and plantation fees! I love the fact I can sit in the covered lanai and have plenty of room for friends and at the same time be steps away from the beautiful pool, which overlooks a delightful pond with a fantastic fountain.

Mid Island Location is EVERYTHING!! Staying in St Andrews ensures you're close to absolutely every need and desire. Certainly a far cry from beautiful, yet barren Outer Banks. A Mall, Shelter Cove Harbor, grocery stores, Starbucks, great restaurants, and beach are all at most a 5 minute free Palmetto Dunes buggy ride away! Also, great to walk or bike the Golf course outside the front door all the way to the Ocean. Incredible paradise!
