  My family of four spent the Christmas holiday at this home. I am very happy with the rental. The house is well equipped with everything you would expect, plus thoughtful things like laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee and tea. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard, full kitchen and large, flat screen TV's for movies. The owner was very attentive to our needs and requests. We would return to this home and recommend it to others.

  My family of four spent the Christmas holiday at this home and were very happy with the rental. The house is charming, well-maintained and comfortable. It is well-equipped with everything you would expect, plus thoughtful extras (like laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee and tea, etc.). We enjoyed the pool in the backyard, full kitchen and big, flat screen TV for movies. The owner was very attentive to our extra needs and requests. The only slight negative is that the house is close to a main road (Gene Autry) so there is some road noise. But, fences, landscaping and an otherwise quiet neighborhood pretty effectively mute the noise and negative aesthetics. We would return to this rental and recommend it to others.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  A very nice place to spend a quiet weekend with your loved ones. Everything is very convenient and easy to access. You will love the pool and the jaccuzi, and you will come back here , I promise you that.

  Fantastic house. Clean, top notch amenities, ample space to lounge around by the pool, firepit and the hot tub. My friends and I had a great weekend. I plan to come back as soon as I can get away from work again.

  It's a perfectly restored mid-century-modern Palm Springs home. Everything you might like is included -- pool, spa, HD television, stereo throughout the house and backyard, great kitchen and bathrooms. And it's very private. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway.

  This is the second time I've been to this house. I was there in January celebrating New Years with close friends. It's the perfect house to relax and enjoy the serenity of the desert. The house has a great pool and jacuzzi. It can sleep 6 people comfortably, and is well equipped with everything you will possibly need. I would highly recommend this vacation home for anyone who is looking to getaway and relax.

  Great place- second visit! My family rented this home for a second time recently. We like the location of the midcentury house and neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and the many shops and restaurants in the area. The house is modern and very clean. It has everything we need for cooking. Had fun in the pool and the backyard is a great place to just relax. The owner and manager are friendly and always very helpful when we have questions. I highly recommend this property. We will visit again in September.
