  This condo was exactly as pictured/described, tastefully decorated and very clean. It was fully stocked with plenty of bath and kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes. Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 days/nights and we were completely comfortable and very pleased with the easy access to the beach and pool(s). We were ubable to use the reserved parking spot under the building as our truck was just too big but it really was not much more of a hassle to park in the garage across the street and walk over in the air conditioned crosswalk. Being on the 1st floor was a HUGE convenience factor for us and it worked very well. The others in our group wished they had one on 1st floor as well! We only used the elevator when we carried our luggage to and from the truck in the parking garage. The pools are large with plenty of room for everyone to swim without feeling overcrowded. We used the outdoor grilling area mutliple times with our group that stayed at the Celdaon as well. I can't say enough about how much fun our families had at the beach, but I can tell you that having the chairs/umbrella available was just as good! A few tips...If you have a large truck or SUV, just park in the garage across the street and walk over in the crosswalk. In addition to your personal toiletries, bring dish soap, diswasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags and at least multi-purpose cleaner for minor clean ups as you go. If you forget anything, no worries, the Winn Dixie and a CVS are within walking distance. There is also a place to rent mopeds and electric carts a few blocks down.

  We had a great time staying here for our spring break! The condo was exactly as pictured. We loved being right on the beach and the use of the chairs and umbrella. It was really nice that I could sit inside or on the front deck and keep an eye on the kids as they were on the beach. It was also convenient being just above the parking garage for coming and going, groceries etc. We loved the pools, hot tubs, fitness room, and tennis court. We also enjoyed the covered pavilion and grill for an evening cook-out. Everything was clean, comfortable, quiet, and roomy. The owner was very prompt and easy to deal with. Our family would definately go again!

  We stayed here for one month. The condo was perfect - spacious. tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The view was spectacular, especially the sunsets. It was nice to have the parking spot so close, as my husband has trouble walking at times. The area was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was just steps away. The owner was very helpful and promptly replied to any questions. The resort staff were also very pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo to anyone wishing a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

  We stayed in this condo for 5 nights. It is a beautiful condo. The pictures were exact! What a beautiful home. The view was spectacular. Never had to use the elevator. It was close too great shopping areas. During our trip we planned our wedding and had it right on the beach behind the condo. It was my dream! Hope to get the chance to come back in the future. Would love to stay longer next time. Mr Adcock was very pleasant to deal with and was always prompt with returning my emails. Thank you again for allowing use the privilege to use your beautiful home.

  The condo was immaculate and perfect for my husband and I. The view was spectacular and beach access was just a walkway away. We had a private parking space directly below the property and it was not necessary to take the elevator to the condo, but that option was available. We loved it and would definitely recommend it. The owner was great to work with and kept in touch. He was easy to reach and we never worried about access once we got to Panama City. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Had a wonderful stay at the condo for our summer vacation. The condo was very nice and clean with a beautiful view! Owner was so great to work with always got back to me in a timely manner. The new Pier Park was incredible - can't wait to get back to the beach.

  My family & I absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We have stayed at the Celadon for the past several years & this has been the best by far. I hate elevators so this was great...didn't get on the elevators once in our week there; private parking space was awesome....we took all our beach stuff out of the car each day & put it back in after coming in from the beach (didn't have to lug it all up to the room); the description was very accurate for this property...very clean (wish there had been trash cans in the bathrooms though); I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants easy access to the beach, likes to have a lower floor with a beautiful view, & easy access from car to room or room to beach. We loved it & will definitely call back for future stays!!
