Located in Calle Calderon de la Barca this incredible apartment is located in the upper area of the city, on Mount Caramel, surrounded by parkland. It is short walk from Park Güell which was designed by the famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí.
Integrated in a beautiful modernist building, this newly renovated apartment rests in a quiet residential district with all of the necessary conveniences close-by.
The apartment was renovated in 2009. The decoration combines white and black tones which simulates a minimalist style.

In the lounge there is a sleeper sofa, dining table, coffee table, lamps, audiovisual equipment and a reading chair. The dining table has seating for 6 people. The living room has a direct exit to the balcony.

Great stay, fellt like home
This is really a great appartment! The beds are comfy, large kitchen, clean bathrooms. We loved the stroll to Parc Guell. And the host was so friendly and helpfull. Would definitely return. But without a car. The garage is too slippery to make your way out. We rented a small car, but are still surprised we didn't have any damage. I would not park my own car in there.

I highly recommend the Park Guell apartment managed by Black and White Home. The view of the city over the rooftops is charming, the location is near a Park Guell entrance, and the two-bathroom configueration gave four adult family members privacy. The building features a parking garage and an on-site caretaker. The apartment is furnished perfectly with good cookware, clean, white dinnerware,nice linens and comfortable beds. The WiFi is fast and the neighborhood has many choices of markets and cafes. We love this way of travel! An added note: the company more than addressed all of our requests, including our last-minute decision to rent a car. They found nearby parking in a secure garage until there was room in the building's garage. The company also offers extra services and we were glad to take advantage of the private car pick-up at the airport as we were quite groggy from the flight from Seattle.
