This gorgeous four bedroom home is centrally located along Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida. With over 2800 square feet including your private enclosed pool room there is room for everyone. This vacation rental home is located directly across from the beach and boasts gulf views from the master level. Summer Haven is located close to shopping, restaurants, activities, night life, and the beautiful beaches of Destin. This vacation rental is incomparable for an affordable beach vacation. This home was completely remodeled in 2011 to provide guests with the best possible beach vacation experience.
'The Pool House' has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. The first floor boasts Comfortable living room and 1 full sized bedroom with a king bed. There is also access to the pool room and a full kitchen with eat in bar and dining space and a washer and dryer. With a 30 second walk from your pool to the beach it doesn't get much better than this!
More Info: The second floor has two more bedrooms each with queen beds and a Bunk Room. There is a second full sized living room up stairs. There is also a sleeper sofa in each of the two the living rooms that will sleep two. The private balcony has wonderful views of the emerald green gulf waters and some of the surrounding landscape and buildings. The home is loaded with big screen HDTV's, DVD players, cable TV and free Wi-Fi connection. Each bedroom has a flat screen, each living room has a 42 inch mounted flat screen TV, The indoor pool room boasts several couches, chairs, and lounge chairs and a Game/Dining tabe.
The home has been professionally decorated with gorgeous furnishings and decorations to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.
This home is centrally located and only a 3 minute drive to both the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Our family (6 adults and 3 children ages 6, 3, and 2) really enjoyed staying at The Pool House. When we arrived, the owner was at the house finishing getting it ready/cleaned from the previous week's renters. The owner was friendly and answered any questions we had. The previous renters had "destroyed" the pull out couch that was upstairs, so the owner promptly replaced it. The house was clean and the furniture had a little wear and tear, but was comfortable. We loved the indoor pool, although the water was a little cold. The pool was sparkling clean. The house's location was perfect. It is really, really close to the beach! (Literally right across a 2-lane street). We could go in the morning, set up our tent on the beach, come back to the house several times throughout the day, with no problems. The house is right beside Rick's Crab Trap, which we ate at the last day. We also walked to Whale's Tale and Bad A.. Coffee for breakfast in the mornings. I loved the location of the house. I slept on the upstairs pull out sofa with my 2 year old, and we slept very comfortably. The other members of my family said the beds were comfortable although the mattresses seemed to have some wear. The kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to cook. We also used the outdoor grill several times. We brought our own potholders, but other than that it was fine for what we used it for. Overall we really enjoyed our week at the Pool House. The location and indoor pool are great!Owner response: Some of the funiture has been replaced including two new sets of bedroom furniture and the addition of a second king bed. We now have a pool heater!!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Pool House in March 2012. We had three families, total of 10 people and had plenty of room for everyone. The house had new carpet and very nice kitchen. Even though we were unable to use the pool because it was 65 degrees, we were very glad there was an alarm and safety bar on the sliding door, since we had small kids with us. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed except pot holders. We loved being so close to the beach. It truly is a two minute walk and perfect for going back and forth with small ones who need naps. Our electronic junkies were dissappointed the internet wasn't working. The owner said the last people who stayed had stolen the router along with all the tvs. He wasn't able to get it fixed while we were there. We had to purchase a local plan for $30 that didn't work well at all. Overall, we had a GREAT time and would definitely stay again.Owner response: We added a new pool heater!!!!

This house was perfect for the two families that stayed this past June. We had plenty of room and space to keep us satisfied for the week we were there. The indoor pool was a perfect kid hangout as they could watch TV and swim when they tired of the ocean. The adults liked the idea of not having to take the kids to the pool area and could instead simply watch out of the sliding glass doors. The kids liked the idea of privacy, no pool hours and swimming even when it rained. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and shops but on a quiet side street where the neighbors were not noticeable. The biggest surprise was to find that the "close to the beach" was exactly as stated. I have stayed at some places where beach access meant a mile or more trek to the water. However, this house is literally a block to the steps leading down to the white sandy beaches. Having small children made this feature priceless as we didn't have to lug beach toys and bags for miles. It was close enough we felt comfortable letting the teenagers walk back on their own. The management was quick to respond to any questions we had and sent someone over right away when we had an issue with the satellite reception -( resolved and the satellite providers fault.) We look forward to making this house part of our summer family tradition.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
