  I would 100 % rent the condo again. As a matter of fact I am trying to figure out when we can get back to Surf City and would of course want to stay in the same condo. The view from the benches outside our door were amazing. Everything inside and out was super clean . We had everything we needed and more ! The washer and dryer was beyond a bonus to have. We loved our stay . LOVED it. I personally wouldn't of changed a thing. We did need one pan so we bought it and gladly left it for the next guest and were happy to do so. I thought the condo was in the perfect location we were able to walk to the shops, Big Daddy Mac's and the wonderful deli across the street. Again I can't stress enough how wonderful everything was and I can't wait to get back. Greg the owner couldn't of been anymore helpful and friendly. I want to move to Surf City NC after our great stay there and one day we will. The place was perfcct for our family of 4 which included 2 tweening girls.

  Our stay at this condo was very nice. We had to arrive on a Tuesday because of our work schedule and Greg worked with us every step of the way. The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds is quite small, but good for what its used for. If you plan on cooking at all I would advise to bring your own pans. The location was amazing and the public beach entrance is a block away. The condo itself was quite. We met a few people who lived there full-time and they were very nice. It was nice that all the bath towels & linens were provided. We definitly plan on staying here again!

  We had a great week at this rental. The owner was very accomodating. It was fun to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, and galleries. The walk to the beach it quick and easy. This rental is pretty basic but very reasonable for the price.

  My family and I are currently staying in the condo now. We are very happy with this location. The unit is very clean with a queen bedroom and a room with bunk beds. The living room area is very comfortable and feels like home away from home. The photos really do not do it justice. We are on the top floor with a view of the beautiful Atlantic and an endless sea breeze. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay here again in the near future. I noticed other posts about no vacuum & not enough pots and pans. You don't really need a vacuum on vacation and unless you are cooking for a really large group, there are plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. It is so nice to be able to walk to everything! We have our 14 year old son, his friend, and our 11 year old who are having a fantastic week. There is a gas grill outside and two charcoal grills with picnic tables to enjoy. The beaches here are gorgeous with smooth sand and perfect for swimming! Come and let the sea breeze take your cares away and escape the rush of everyday life. Cheers!

  Great location. Nice condo. Short walk to the beach. Walked practically everywhere we went. Beach is not crowded. Very quiet. Owner was very accommodating. Hope to go back next year.

  The condo was in a great location! Within walking distance of everything - several restaurants, shopping stores & fresh seafood markets. We stayed in the condo on the top floor and the view of the ocean was great! The condo is very spacious & the washer/dryer unit is a plus! I too agree that a vacuum is needed and better cooking utensils would be a plus; however, what is provided is good for anyone that's not an avid cook. This unit is perfect for anyone that has no more than 4 in their group. I'd recommend it to anyone and hope to get back soon! Also - the owner is very gracious and accomodating!!

  We had a great time here the only thing I would like to see in the condo is a vacuum and couple better pots and pans.

  Thanks so much. The place and location was great. We practically walked wherever we wanted to go. Shops, restaurants, beach, pier, and groceries all within walking distance. We only drove three times while we were there. We loved the condo. It was very spacious and decorated wonderfully. The washer and dryer was a great plus. Enjoyed the views as well. We could see the ocean and the intercoastal waterway. Hope to stay there again next year.
