"Loon Lake Lighthouse"- Waterfront Vacation Cabin on Loon Lake; one-half hour north of Spokane, just off Highway 395.
This home is located on Sunset Bay facing due west which means sun all day and gorgeous sunsets in the evening.
There is sixty feet of waterfront with a private EZ dock (no splinters here!), gas BBQ grill, campfire pit, outdoor tables, and lush flat lawn. Perfect for outdoor games such as volleyball or badminton. Bring your boat, bread to feed the ducks and fishing tackle.
This is a NON-smoking home. Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed.
Spacious home is fully furnished. Sleeps 12. Master bedroom has queen-size bed, second bedroom has queen-size bed, and third bedroom has bunk beds. Three additional queen-size sleeper sofas. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven) and dining area with a table that seats 8 comfortably with the extra leaf. There is also a separate bar that can be used for extra seating. Gas fireplace, additional mini-fridge, and washer & dryer provided for your use. Two bathrooms (tub bath and/or shower). Living room features a 40" flat screen TV and picture windows with a fabulous view of Loon Lake. Two decks with built in bench seating on the lower deck. New hardwood floors.
The perfect get-away; ideal for a family gathering or small church retreat.

I was looking for a location close to Spokane where my entire family could gather and enjoy each others company. Well this was it!!!! The property is very spacious and inviting with a view that is spectacular!!! The remodeling that has been completed was very well done in rich and warm colors. Thank you to both Jeff and Kristi for allowign us to stay iin your place. Hope to see the place again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.
