*The backyard features a heated custom pool and spa, built in barbeque and fire pit as well as a covered patio from which you can enjoy the scenic views of the 12th fairway and Daisy Mountain.

*The bedrooms are furnished with 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 1 Full size bed with a full size trundle. Each of the four bedrooms has adjoining access to a bathroom with spa towels, and an alarm clock with an iPod dock so that you can charge your iPod and wake up to your favorite songs.
*For your entertainment there is a regulation size pool table, Wii game console, Blu ray DVD players, iPod dock for the stereo, as well as assorted board games and cards.
*The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and dinnerware you will need, whether making breakfast, having a barbeque on the patio or hosting a dinner party.
*Just in case you can't get away from the real world for your entire stay, there is a fully functional office with access to high speed internet, printer and scanner.
*The laundry room is ready to go with a high efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and steamer at your disposal.

This house is 10 times more spacious than we could ever imagine and even the pictures do not reflect the space available. Best way to describe our stay is : Comfort and relaxation. We had such great time that we were sad we had to leave. This house is great and has everything you need. Each one of us had its own room with bathroom. Kitchen is more than complete and contains all necessary accessories. Very Clean and well maintained. The kids had a great time playing in the pool, with the WII and Pool table. Adults enjoy the pool and the Spa very much. Just a few minutes away were great restaurants, shops and outlets. During our stay, we had Italian, excellent Sushi, Mexican and pizza. The neighborhood is so well maintained and a pleasure to the eye.... During our stay, we went to Grand Canyon south Rim, Sedona, Grand Canyon West Rim with the Sky Walk and we even went to Vegas. It was beautiful. We know we'll be back one day, since we enjoyed our time here so much. Our 2 teens had a great time and felt they were really on vacation ! Maybe next time we'll have time to go golfing, right in the backyard !Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay in this beautiful home. We were traveling with our adult children and one grandbaby and decided staying in a house would be much more relaxing than staying in a hotel. We have family in the Phoenix area that we were visiting, and this house was the perfect house for entertaining. We had a graduation party at the house with 40 people and everybody commented on how wonderful it was. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a few inconviences but they were taken care of. We will definitely look to rent this home on any future visits.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were privileged to have been able to enjoy this beautiful home and look forward to staying there again. There are two beautiful club houses, golfing as well as many things to do in the area. Great vacation spotRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why Anthem:
As we have a young family, we selected Anthem due to the many parks, access to hiking and biking and the two 18 hole golf courses within the Country Club. Our children also love the saguaros which are abundant in this part of the Sonoran Desert.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy all that Anthem and its location north of the city has to offer. Of special note is the view from the spa at night. It is a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the stars.
