Upgraded 2BR, 2BA Condo completely furnished; 4 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful tropical setting that includes golf on many nearby courses, tennis, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, fun filled casual restaurants, clubs, fine dining and daily afternoon and evening entertainment. The villa is a ten minute walk to popular Coligny Plaza which offers a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a full-service grocery store. The villa is ideally located for prompt access to the island's popular amenities and miles of bike paths to make your Hilton Head get-away an unforgettable fun-filled vacation, all with your own comforts of 'home'.
Our condo is approximately 1100 square feet. It accommodates sleeping arrangements for 6-8 people with a beautiful master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom and second bedroom with two full size beds and full bath across the hallway. The villa's spacious living area and dining room overlook the wooden deck with a gas grill and relaxing lagoon views. New tile floor and granite counter tops in the fully stocked kitchen, bamboo flooring in downstairs living area and new carpet in the two bedrooms. Condo includes TV and DVD player in living room, TV's in both bedrooms, high-speed wireless internet access and washer/dryer.
Seascape Villas has 2 on-site pools, a playground, shaded pathways and bridges over the lagoons that run throughout the complex. There is private walkway to the beach with key-only access to the private cabana, with restrooms, at the beach walk. Van de Meer Tennis Center and Players Club are a short walk away.
All linens are provided. You only need to provide your own beach towels, beach chairs and tanning lotion!

My wife and I have stayed here 10 days and are sad to be leaving tomorrow. The online photos and description was spot on and there were no surprises. The beach is across the street and restaurants and shops are a short walk down the street. The condo was clean when we arrived and the living room furniture is comfy. All cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes are supplied, plenty of towels are on hand and we really felt at home. Great vacation, we will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Stayed for 30 days this year. Location is great - a 1/2 mile walk to all the activity at Coligny plaza. Bike paths everywhere and the beach is a short five minute walk across the street. Thanks for letting us use your beach get-away.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a Great place.. Just croos the street , your at the beach or stay at the complex with two pools. All you need to have a good time is a little food and drinks.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Had a great time and loved the condo. Everything was just as expected (almost). Wish the pools had been open and they square key had fit in the cabana at the beach. The place was extremely well kept and enjoyed the grill and back deck.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: The Cabana now has a keypad so no key is necessary for use. The pools are closed for swimming until April 1, however the gates are not locked and residents and guests are permitted inside the gates.

I am a single, senior, snowbird who spent 6 weeks from Nov 8, 2011 to Dec 22, 2011 at this lovely decorated and very comfortable villa. Rented a bike for the first two weeks and was able to bike to all the amenities, as well as walk, as Coligny Plaza is very close and has everything you would want. The owners are very pleasant people who made my stay much more enjoyable and I would definitely return again. The beach is across the street, tennis is across from the villa and there is a fitness centre very close. This location and especially this villa has everything you could want. The only thing missing was a land line telephone but I made do with the internet skype phone line. Thank you again R and J for making my stay very special in your lovely "paradise".Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
