  This place is truly awesome! It really just stands out from the time you drive out on to the island. It is the safest, homeiest, most wonderful place my family and I have ever been. My 6 year old son could just run free and play in the water all the time and we didn't have to worry at all. Johnson beach right around the corner is breathtaking! We fished and played until we couldn't take it any more! The only reaaly bad thing about this place is you have to eventually leave it! That part was not fun at all, but the rest of the time absolutly was! Thank you!

  We loved our short stay here. We woke to an amazing sun rise over the sea - we just sat up in bed to watch it. Beautiful position. Hope to return in the future.

  We enjoyed our stay so much! Loved watching the dolphins and sting rays from the balcony, the pool was very relaxing, the workout room was great too. Everything was very clean and pretty in the townhome. One thing I wish I had known when packing is that there is no hair dyer available for use, but this is trivial :)

  Just want to let everyone know how pleased we were with our stay here --- everything was so clean and nice. This was our first time here and we will be coming back. Our group aged from 50 years to 15 months and we all had a blast. It ws very quite here and the pool is just feet away. There were dolphins swimming in the bay and even a sting ray. The sunrise and sunsets were so pretty !!! If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is the place to come !!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to coming back !!

  We enjoyed the condo! It was so peaceful it was away from all the beach traffic on it's own little island! We were less then 3 miles from the main beach we were very close to grocery stores. Our kids (ages 4 & 2) loved the shallow jellyfish free water and we saw dolphins, lots of crabs, lots of different fish. The view was wonderful. Cable and wifi worked great. I would recommend bringing a baby gate if u have young children since its a 3 story townhome so the stairs were a battle with the boys. We Plan to come back many many more times. It was Very private, very quiet, easy access to fishing and swimming overall awesome place. Great job on the decor and the amenities was just like being at home everything you need is there.

  It was our second stay, and as always, a lovely retreat. It's a great location; minutes from Publix, on a bay full of hermit crabs, and minutes from a beach access. Elayne was exceptionally helpful -- especially when she overnighted the blackberry I left behind!!!

  We just spent a glorious week here and words truly cannot describe how you feel when you are driving across the water and see these townhomes for the first time. I am in LOVE! A picture can't capture the expanse of beautiful sunsets you enjoy daily. My children enjoyed swimming and boating in the bay just as much as our daily trips to Johnson Beach only minutes away. The staff are very hospitable and the shopping (Publix, Walmart, and Target) are all within a 5-10 minute drive. It is truly paradise. If you have small kids, the Perdido Kids Park is only 5 miles away and is amazing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

  The pictures absolutely did not do this home justice. When we saw the view, the balconies, the privacy, the covered parking, we were hooked. Then to be able to enjoy wildlife and the amazing sunrises- we were amazed. This is definitely our new favorite spot. The owners were helpful and accommodating. There is even a dog walk with baggies available! The pool was clean and uncrowded. We are boaters and felt like we were on board from the top balcony with the amazing views and proximity to the water. The local restaurants like the Original Point and Hub Stacey's were wonderful. For the first time ever, I felt like a Florida local while on vacation, which made it even more of a relaxing retreat. Thank you for an amazing memory.

  Me and my family stayed at this location last weekend and we had a blast!! The swimming pool was wonderful and was not crowded so thats where we spent most of our time! The decor was very nice in this townhouse. Also the bay was just steps away from the patio so my dad fished the entire time!! Theres was two balconys that viewed the water which was lovely. Plenty of space for the family, very up to date kitchen. The only thing that was a negitive is there wasnt tv's in the bedrooms. I always fall asleep to the tv. :) but there was a very big tv down stairs. We had a very nice time and prob would return sometime next year!

  The condo was clean and in good shape just like pics showed. It was quiet and peaceful. You have your own private beach area and it's definetely pet friendly. We were there 8 days and everyone was very respectful to each other, keeping dogs curbed, etc. I would highly recommend this property. My teenage son was a bit bummed that there was no internet service and only basic cable but he survived by hunting hermit crabs and enjoying the abundant wildlife on the water. Great property! Our property manager was great too, very helpful & friendly.
