  This luxurious condo was the perfect spot for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers to call home while we enjoyed a 4 day holiday in Victoria! The convenient location made it easy to experience all that Victoria has to offer. The condo was sparkling clean, bright, spacious and is finished with top quality finishes. The owners have obviously dedicated a great deal of thoughtful attention to the details and to the comfort of their guests. All communications with the owner, property manager and the concierge were helpful and positive. Payment methods were straight forward and the damage deposit was returned promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to have the privilege of staying at this condo again in the future. Many thanks!!

  Came to Victoria to run the marathon in Oct 2012. The Falls condo was in a perfect location- walking distance to everything. The condo itself was wonderful- clean, comfortable beds, well stocked, nicely decorated. The owner was easy to contact and had the caretaker meet us with the keys and instructions for the condo and building. Highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Victoria.

  This rental at the Falls was just as it was depicted on the website. The owner was quick to respond and answered all questions. The directions took us easily to the right location. The damage deposit was returned quickly. The concierge who came to meet us, check us in and show us around the building was lovely, answered lots of questions about the area, and made us feel quite welcome. The location of the building was wonderful-right downtown and close to the waterfront. The view was lovely and the both the area and the building felt extremely safe. The furnishings were comfortable and all was impeccably clean. The kitchen was very modern with nice granite and great appliances and most any sort of dishes or utensil you might need. The only thing we needed and didn't have was extra blankets. It turned chilly during our trip and there wasn't an extra blanket to wrap up in. However, the heated floors were really nice!!

  This property was better than we expected! It was very clean, equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed and perfect for a group of six. The location was ideal for all of our Victoria activities - shopping, restaurants and walking to the park. I would highly recommend this property.

  Great condo to stay in downtown Victoria.! The condo is well equipped and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. Arrangements for key pickup was well organized, friendly, and informative. I would recommend this property to anyone.

  We recently stayed at this property in Victoria. It was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The concierge who came and showed us around gave us good local tips and got settled in nicely. Photos and listening were very accurate. The location is first rate, in addition to the property – the building is literally steps from the inner Harbor and within easy walking distance of much of the attractions in downtown Victoria. We will certainly look to stay again if we return to Victoria, and would recommend this property to anyone.

  This is a fantastic condo in a perfect location in Victoria. Only a block to the harbour front, and plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The owner is prompt and accommodating--even purchasing a playpen for our 11-month old daughter so we wouldn't have to lug ours out from Saskatchewan. I wanted to take the bed home with me it was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning--with hopefully better weather!

  Our family had the privilege of staying at this rental condo over Christmas and indeed it was a first class experience. The photos and description of the place were very accurate and the place ws spotlessly clean. We loved the fully equiped stainless steel kitchen with the high quality dishes, pots and pans and cutlery but the heated black marble floors in the bathrooms were what I loved most of all. The condo was within walking distance to the harbour, shopping , The Empress, The Museum, and The Imax...all of which we enjoyed. The hot pool and the exercise room were an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends.

  On a whim I decided to book a long weekend trip with my family (kids ages 2 & 5). I went onto V.R.B.O. because with a young family I want more space than a hotel room has to offer. tim responded to my request almost immediately and we booked to arrive later that day! Even with two young kids the location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely everything was within 10 minutes while most of what we needed was within 5. The condo itself was beautiful and everything in it was top of the line. We were very impressed! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Victoria
